Sir/mam I have opened new account in IDBI bank jodhpur on 7th Nov 2016 and I have deposited 5000 rs but they are not opening my account. When I gone they are not responding properly and they are miss behaving now. It’s important to open account because I have to register for NISM so I want account for that in a month but my date is coming and I don’t have account in bank due to IDBI bank. Plz help me for that.

It is to intimate you that an item ” camabeds needus single bed” was purchased by me on dated 30.10.2016 against order I.D.no. 16421714555 and payment was made through Credit Card. Due to certain reasons the same order has been cancelled by be before delivery of the article but the amount Rs. 5564 could not be credited in my credit card account till date.
Therefore, I am requesting you to credit my paid amount Rs.5564 as soon as possible.

I have bought a celkon mobile and within a period of 3 months my cell has started problems. and when i went to a service centre of your company. he said that my mobile MOTHER BOARD IS NOTWORKING PROPERLY so it will take 1 and 1/2 month to repair it. i asked hiom to give me as soon as possible. he advised me that i should take my mobile to a local service centre for repairing.

Scam or fraud: Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Bank not at all supportive with my card issue (been over a year)

I’ve been contacting punjab national bank since a year now because my existing card can’t be verified while making online payments or for essential services like UPI payments etc.
So far they’ve been telling me to take a screen shot of the problem and send it to them on their mail address debitcard@pnb.co.in
I’ve done it all and it’s been over a year since I am facing this issue and when I call them and tell that it doesn’t work what they tell me to do, they tell me to do the same thing again and again without being supportive at all and I get no reply from them even after doing what they told me to do…this morning they told me to do whatever I want to because they can’t help me. This is extreme profanity I’ve ever heard from any customer care and being a customer I can’t do anything about it.

Scam or fraud: Samsung India — Washing machine top load fully automatic

I bought a washing machine on May 2016. When I lodged a complaint the spin in not properly working, during the warranty period, they deputed their ‘authorised SERVICE AGENTS’. The inside wiring may be loosened. But the agent demanded Rs.1600/= for screwing the loose wire – stating that the wires are damaged by rat. When we didn’t pay, he reduced to Rs.600/= as service charge. The machine is covered and it is rat proof . We suspect the agent and nearly 5 to 6 times lodged complaints to Samsung explained the facts.

Since Samsung has handover the services contract to a third party, they are demanding abnormally even during the warranty period making the customers fools by saying some of the defects. Samsung also not caring on this. We are now fed up samsung products and decided not to go for Samsung products hereafter.

Hi,

I Mr. Kaveti Govind Raju from Hyderabad paying two chits from vanstalipuram and kothapet branch of 3 lakhs and 5 lakhs. recently I have done my son marriage by means of this 3lakh chit.

I have participated in October auction and requsted for amount as per the manger satish of vanstalipuram branch (3528) said that it would be given on 20th of November but he not at showing any responsibility to get our cheque instead he suggest us to take a insurance which helps to get the cheque immediately.

Why we should take a insurance against the chit? which is not required to us.

And today when I called satish and shouted on him about the cheque he say go and cancel the chit and do not ask about chit to him, he says go and ask to the person who had suggest you to take a chit in shriramchits.

And we tried to reach DM of hyderabad who sits at DSNR Branch we are tried to reach him and complaint about the situation from 20th of November to till date he is never been in office (as per Satish and Balaswamy) he is continuously busy with the meetings. i am really suffering to get my money from chit fund and I am am paralyzed patient.

Hope this mail would help us. This is the last hope which make us trust on your chit fund or else we think Shriramchits is big fraud and this would be our last mistake, have taken discussion to pay chits in your chit funds.

My name is Kamlesh Singh (my phone no. is 9166926283). I have purchase Hero ISMART 110 bike in last months ( 10-10-2016 ) from Muhana Motors Muhana Jaipur ( Surya Hero Moto corp) and running only 2500 km. After my first service i was facing the sound problem from engine like (kar kar). I drop the bike for repair and they charged from me as there is not my fault it was company problem. After receive the bike same problem comes in my bike and the kar kar sounds is too loud day by day.

I forwarded my complaint yesterday( 30-11-16) and i did not receive any message or call from you till now.

A 190 liter single door refrigerator has been purchased one month ago and it is not working. I registered my complaint and response code is R81819 & ref number is AGR0112160062… The concerned number of engineer recd through sms is not responding properly rather somebody is picking up call and using objectionable language. Pls check the matter… An incharge for service centre at AGRA by the name of ALI is telling me that it would be chargeable from company so it is better u get it done by me privately at half cost…It is very cheap behaviour. Kindly urgently check the matter..

Water is the essential element for each one. Tried hard to resolve, hectic day schedule, coming home to face a water issue. We opted for Zero B ECO RO and now drinking water issue is resolved. We made few calls to customer care as we were new to the usage of the machine. Their technician explained very well and hence it has helped to sustain. We are using it since 10 months and its of great help.
