Does this is way you take care of customer product which is purchased from you, being a reputed company and iso certified you not able to track the product detail under warranty or not still.
If customer missing warranty or invoice, does that mean you not take care of reported issue, when each invoice is generated form your system, then your system also should have copy of customer detail and product purchased date
You can’t take your own time to provide the service, already lost 6 month warranty without your action to fix the issue.
Waiting for your action without any further delay

Consider this reported issue as serious and correct the our solar unit asap
On top of i want the 1 warranty extension. as you guys cheating the customer by not giving the service when customer has reported the problem and which is created by your technicien, i am following on this matter from long time, called and informed many time even sending so many mails you guys not taking any action still to address the issue, now my unit is internally going worst day by day.
