I booked a cab yesterday at 9:36 pm from CP Delhi and got the confirmation CRN 476158936, driver name Netra Pal. I called him to know the arrival timing, he told me “I am far from your location and it will take time to reach you.” then I cancelled that ride as per requested by him.
Again I tried to book another cab same time and got the CRN 476169607 driver name Prem Prakash and cab no HR67B5283. I called him to know the arrival timing, he told me “I am off duty and I won’t be coming.” I asked him to cancel the ride than he started shouting on me and argued me in very misbehavior manner even I was speaking him politely.
He was shouting on me like I am his personal servant and he is my owner.
I would like to request you, kindly terminate him immediately otherwise I will never ever use OLA cab facility.
Such kind of behavior is not tolerable in service industry. After all we are customer and we are paying for your services.
I would like to suggest you also not to appoint such kind of drivers which don’t know how to deal with the customers. This will really impact on the company’s reputation also. Because in this competition time there are lots of better service providers.

On 1 December 2016 i had my first experience with ola cab services. Initially i thought that they provide free 1st ride but i was wrong. I paid for my 1st ride but thats not the issue the problem is i paid more than the estimate charges.

i tried to call in ola cab customer care but it really does suck no one pick my calls. I never thought that i will going to have such a bad experience with ola.
i am expecting for a reply and for a prompt solution.

I am prepaid Vodafone customer. i was purchased new SIM from your Khopoli Raigadh Maharastra gallery three months before. Then i two time recharged for internet use or voice pack & that time internet was worked fine. but now my internet pack is end.

Now i want recharge for net. i am trying recharge from PAYMENT
but when enter my sim number for recharge that time oprator showing TATA DOCOME sim

For your information, i am not any trying to portability or Etc. Or these number is automatically dived on my other Sim 9552567875

May name is mahender my no is 9210372121 i live in faridabad (haryana) india befor few days asix bank executive came on my office and he prefer me vistara visa platinum card
and told me that according to this card we will give you 2 ticket of vistara airline without any cost in every year and and for this card we will charge 1500 rs in every year but first year 1500 rs are refundable and your credit card limit will be 1, 00000 rs i purchase something with 625 rs and my credit card statement is 2352 rs when i call your customar care deppt. they told me that according this card you do’nt get any ticket and your limit will be right now 40000 and 1500 rs are not refundable thats means every time your service is fourd and your people are also fraud i will be action by court

I went to service centre for this regards 3 times, but the problem not yet shorted out.

So, by this mail I would like to inform the height autority to take strict action to save the reputation of your company, because I got frustrated by the said problem.

As i had gone to Siliguri on Agricultural Study Tour along with my staffs, while lodging an hotel I had given my Driving License for verification purpose later on the hotel management has couriered my Driving License to the address mentioned on it. As per the records from DTDC, its stating that its already has been delivered but not to the correct person instead of this it has reached some other address.

Hi vibha here…i had done a basic hair wash n hair cut from kapils salon in palava on 30 nov…and i even asked bout some offer he denied about any they denied it and charged me 625rs…but offer was is still goin on on normal hair cut n wash. Today on 2nd Dec my other relative went in same shop she got her hair cut done on offer in just 250rs.

People in salon should never misguide customers.
