Complaint Details:
1.It is very disappointing to inform that despite of passing of nearly 90 days, my Qiku Terra 810 has not been repaired for want of mother board which has been submitted to authorised service centre (Touch) at Lucknow. The job order no is JS16090500120 Dt 05 Sep 2016.The mother bd.was needed to be replaced but to no avail it has been not done.
2.The mobile is in warranty. Even I spoke to Mr MayankLucknow Head Qiku Terra (Mob No -8400394394), Dayal Saran(Current Qiku Head, lucknow)(Mob no-9891229387)& Ashok(Qiku All India Head- 9871185258) a no of Times but nothing materialised. Mr Ashok is not even picking up the phone & not responding to my Emails.The set was purchased on 20 Mar 2016 through Gadget 360 site .
