Complaint Details:
Looting customers with offers & coupon. i had gift voucher coupon of relience footstep of 750 for which we required to do 1500 rs shopping. We selected 2 pair of footwear each worth of 799 & 499 total 1498. Only for difference of 2 rs they have not given us benifit of coupons & asked us to shop more. Relience is looting customers, for 2 rs they have rejected offer. That is reason for all products they have kept pricing in such way that we have to buy more than 1500 in order to Avial this offer.
Looting to end customer Relience . They even don’t have any customer service in their retail store

I would like to cancel my order placed on Dec 3, 2016. My order ID is M865267111.I wanted to order a different product. By mistake I placed order of the wrong product and now I wish to cancel it. I had chosen the cash before delivery option as mode of payment.I cannot see any cancellation option in the app or in the website. Kindly cancel my order.

The phone has auto reboot issses, heating issues and storage issues. shows fake charging. Your office people in here are not helping me. they took my phone thrice and sent to service centers with no positive results. its not an year to the phone yet. out of 11 months since i bought it, i had it with me for only 5 months and the rest being in the store for repair. office people here argue with me and dont register my complain. i demand a new phone as this is a faulty piece.
kindly help. m fed up of no results and no help being provided.

Dear Paytm,

I just added 4000 rupees to my wallet through my SBI account.Still it deducted from my account but not credited in my wallet.I was a very emergency payment to my hospital bill which is not possible at this movement. My payment against order ID is 2311862668.

The amount got immediately debited from my debit card but the same is not reflecting on the paytm wallet. It has been 8 hrs since the transaction.

I wrote to care@paytm .com but no reply nor I get any sms from the paytm regarding the cash. .

We since in the 21st century still waiting for 24hrs if any transactions fail or not successfully done. Where as in foreign countries the immediate solutions are given.I do not able to understand we are the number one country in the world to give support in IT industry and selling software’s but still facing normal issues.

Need immediate solutions.

I want to check running status on train call on 139 call are transfer to customer call, some one talking to me and he said wait some time, but call are disconnected without any answer .still i am trying again but no one are responding .
139 call charges also apply still more then 10 min .

Dear sir/ madam, i have purchased two movie tickets from paytm with booking id Paytm Booking ID: 2312986798 at 3 DEC, 2016. they are showing ticket booked at pay tm official site . they are showing ticket has been send to my mobile no and to my e mail id but it is wrong. they didnot send even when i am trying to download the ticket from their site it is showing error. I have sent complain to their official site but noone is responding.kindly take necessary steps that either i shall get those tickets or get refunded the money.

Dear Sir, after demonetisation it was announced that no extra cost will be charged on the transactions through cards (debit/credit), I used my debit card at a petrol pump at Nagpur, When i swapped my card for 1000 Rs.at BP Petro pump, i got massage from banking service that ” Rs. 1028.5 is debited to my ac/no. 14910 on 27.11.16 at 19:22:49.

Plaese rectify and refund asap.
