Dear Sir, I booked a E-ticket using my Axis bank credit card on 2/12/16. Due to slow internet connection or some other reason, my transaction could not be completed. But amount has been transfered from my account and IRCTC site showing that Payment has not been made. Please look in to the matter and refund the amount charged as the booking has failed due to non-transfer. I bought Portronics pandora S on 7th nov 2016. which I recieved on 10th Nov. 2016 for which I request a return on 11th Nov. 2016. Snapdeal executive called me and said that they have arranged a installation service for me & please wait till the time the technician reaches you. No technician reached me till now nor they have arranged a pickup for this & whenever I call snapdeal customer care number I was never able to contact customer care executive regarding this.

I started taking Dr.Batra’s treatment from Aundh Clinic, Pune from 26th June, 2016, my patient ID is : 214600892230. I paid Rs 15500 for a year long treatment course. First Dr Sneha looked into my case and started treating me. After 4 months of treatment, no results.
Then i was switched to a senior doctor – Dr. Niranjan who tried treating me for 1 month, but no results at all. He then asked me to check with Dr. Anagha Sant in Baner clinic. I went there too, but as it turns out, she was too busy to give me time amidst her other patients. I want to discontinue with Dr. Batra’s treatments as I dont see any positive cure in me, however, by consuming so many medicines now, I feel my hormones getting impacted and unsettled.
I called Dr.Batras and asked them to return me my money for remaining almost 7 months. But they refused claiming that there is no such policy.
I need help on this as this is my right being a consumer to get refund on the services that I have not even availed. Had i been paying them in installments, this question would never have arised. Just because they have my money now, I feel like I am trapped. This is an unfair policy against the consumers. I am not asking money for my 5 month treatment, but asking money for the remaining 7 month is my right. Please help me get my refund back.

Why this consignment is taking so long to reach mumbai…?? please make sure the problem is resolved earlier..from the date the consignment is issued on 26November it is still showing that the consignment is dispatched.. after that there is no proper tracking details are seen!! Where the consignment is gone then?? to much of delayed is going on..hope you solve this problem ..and please mail me back on shruti.surve644@gmail.com for futhure issues related to this consignment.

Please be informed that I had bought clothing drying stand from Amazon online on 27th Oct, I didn’t like the quality of the product hence I requested them to provide the refund however seller had denied it.

When I bought the product no time limit for replacement/return was provided, neither it was mentioned that buyer need to arrange courier in case of return.

I was told that the return time was till 5th Nov hence I can not claim refund now and need to bare with it. I raised the refund request on 8th of Nov.
I had escalated to so many levels but they don’t want listen seems.

I have ordered jacket worth rs 2890 on October 1st but till now I haven’t received my order, and I am not able to their customers care as every time I called I received an automated voice after which call gets disconnected.
I am really pissed off with the way this company gives false promises.
I have already awared my known about this filthy website..
I want some serious actions against this fraudsters as to give them a lesson..

I had receiveda call on 30/11/2016 from Mobile Number:(Radhika:+911165100153) stating we are calling from SBI credit cards your rewards points will expire in this month so behalf of we are providing DISCOUNT CARD:25 % they taken the details of deliver of DISCOUNTCARD on next day 01/12/2016 received the call from Mobile Number:(NISHA KHASYAP:+911165001248) yesterday we called you regarding discount card so today for confirmation of deliverance of DISCOUNT CARD after few I got OTP and said 7995/- amount it will convert into 12 months and also said u will receive complementary gifts to your address after few hours I called to customer care they raised the complaint of reversal of 7995/- with complaint I’d, on next day I again called SBI Customer care about reversal amount of 7995/- they stating it’s a FRAUD CALL Please help me in Refund the amount of 7995/- from FRAUD TRANSACTION

I was booked 3 tickets for today 3.12.16 from Coimbatore to Chennai, the bus is not coming on time, my boarding time is 8.45 pm but it’s Arrived at 9.25 pm . Around 10.30 pm it is in Coimbatore only. And it is Getting break down. Now the time is 11.30 pm .it’s not getting any solution. Even I raised a complaint through KPN customer service . Bus no is PY01 BV 1999. I NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Booking Date : 03-11-2016 15:54:24I. And also paid the cylinder cost online vide This is the receipt of the payment of Rs 583.00 made by you against Refill Order Reference No: 3161010901919703.. But while delivery of cylinder boy asked money stating that their system not shows my online payment. So I have paid twice. But no refund has been made by V S N ENTERPRISES SULLURPETA till date. Please examine and direct the distributer to rever money in to my account. Why their system not shows their system it should be ensure in future.

Hello sir,
I based at golnaka. There is a huge crowd of street dogs attacking people who cross over. Kindly plz take action there is a life threat for us. On priority bases plz take action sir. It shouts very horrible fighting among themselves n when a man cross across the street they attack. We want to get rid of these dog bites sir. Plz take an immediate action against such a street dogs. Vaccine them n keep away from people.
