I have been using HDFC visa Credit card for over 05 years. I had got credit card refund of 166500 from one merchant on Nov. 12, 2016. As my credit card is linked to savings account. I requested HDFC team to transfer the amount to my savings account on Nov. 15, 2016. I was told by HDFC credit card department that they will send me Demand Draft to my registered address in 7 working days.
When, after 10 days I did not receive any Demand Draft. I started making calls to check the status with HDFC regularly. But all my efforts turned out to be futile. All these days they made false promises.
Today after more than 20 days I am still struggling to get my money back in my saving account. HDFC has lost its credibility. I thought putting a grievance in consumer forum will get me justice.

On 4th Yesterday I have added 2000 through net banking for urgent banking transfer, then tried to transfer in bank many times got error message that was do not honor error.
Then contacted to customer service talked with 5 executive everyone was telling me different things.

Because of this uncertain downtime i could not transfer money for some urgent need which i needed to . As all ATM are not working and there was no other possible and easy way to do the same.

Who is responsible for this. Untill now 5th 6:20PM it is not working.

Who is to be blamed for this ?

I have taken a nano sim of an old sim which i was using earlier by paying Rs 50 & the same was to be activated within 24 hours of me submitting them the soft copy of passport size photograph & passport (as proof of address) as informed by the big bazaar staff from where i purchased the new sim.But it has been 4 days & still it hasn’t been activated

I ordered pizza omline on 4dec 2016 at 8:12pm and the pizza was delivered at 8:54pm then i asked for discount then the manager named durgesh/abdul bluntly refused as it was sunday. Then i gave feedback regarding tha same, ref no 2064178, but no one has contacted me yet this sort of behaviour is not first time it has happened earlier also they come late 15 to 20 min and after asking for the discount they take back the pizza and we left with nothing. The services of the dominos are getting worsen day by day and the behaviour of the managers as well. Last time the manager too talks very rudely.

I Kanwarjit Singh mobile number 7814445444. has been fed up of complaining against Idea.This time again I recieved a bill ammount of 322 INR and when i called at 198. they said that bill is against plan of Rs 199.00. and they also gave me waiver of Rs 50.00. which i claimed. This time they gone to far and every time i had to pay extra ammounts. Niether they sent me ebill statement. What type of behaviour is this ?

i ‘dont understand you guys are playing games with me i’m sending lot’s of reminders regarding my refund status…still there is no response from your side ..even tho my order canceled you guys are not refund my amount still transaction done on 01/12/2016 now date 05/12/2016…below mail message i’m revived Dec-1st 2016
whether you people are going to solve my issue are i have to go other option…

I port out my cell phone no. From idea to Voda because since last three they Charing more so I registered a complaint in idea customer care and port out my number today they sent me bill and charged 2500? as feature charge.Actually idea executive called me and asked to change plan from 550 to 999but he did not tell that i will get free minutes inner call, after 15 days when i saw my unbilled amount i was shock that it was 1050, then i called idea customer care and asked to register a complain against that executive and i requested for port, after 4 hours i got a call from idea that they will look this matter after bill generation but today i got a bill of 4500?, i requested to people please don’t use idea as they always cheated with customers.Please look this matter seriously against idea

I have purchased my device last 5 month ago and 6 times i have visited to the center for single problem but no proper solution is there..help me as soon as possible..
problem with the phone=it heats up and lock the screen after that stops the finger sensor to work..dn i have to unlock the device with pattern and then error on the screen ur sence home is not working..and then it hanks the phone badly.
kindly help me am fedup with the service ..i have tried many time this is my last mail to u to get solve my problem..if it stil remains..i will quit the htc forever and recomend my knowns ..to get out of htc ..really fedup..wasting of money with the company
