Complaint Details:
I had placed a prepaid order, but they do not update any tracking information.
Bloody cheaters. They do not even revert back to the multiple emails that I have sent them. The number provided is always busy. Is this is how the company earns their money by cheating its customers.
I need my product asap or i need my money back
As the last resort I ll have to file a complaint in the consumer court.

Hi, I have returned a Bhama Couture Blue Printed Anarkali kurti on 2nd of Nov(Order number 146918234 and registered mobile number 7396571450) and the money was expected to be refunded within 10 days.I haven’t received the amount. I have contacted customer care and she said that it is shown that the money is refunded.She even told she will be sharing details regarding the transaction.Could you please share the details asap.It’s been more than a month.

Dear team,

I purchased a LED Tv in 2011 around Sep. In Oct 2016, it started giving me problem. The TV did the power recycling whenever I turned it on. I took it to the Service Center to get it checked. The engineer checked the TV, checked the part availability and asked for an advance of Rs 3000 for the same.

After waiting for 2 weeks, the engineer informs me that the part is in DNA status and will never be delivered. I have been following up with the customer service to get a proper resolution but have been disappointed by everyone.

Its almost 1.5 months since I dropped my TV at the service centre and sill there is no resolution provided to me.

Today, I got an SMS that my Case has been closed. This was done without even talking to me. Thats the level of service provided by the Customer Service Team.

I would like to get a proper resolution for my problem. It was a hugely expensive TV for me and you cannot tell me that only in 5 years, Samsung cannot support it. Its very unfair. It has been tormenting working with your customer service team. I am really frustrated right now and am really hoping to get a resolution from your end as soon as possible.

I lodge a complaint and my Service Request number is 1618018 . First of all they took forever to repair my phone. I received a call from service center that my mobile has been repaired so i called the Oneassist and they said people are getting fake call about there handset being repaired.

They directly were blaming the company which is Xiaomi to make fake calls.

I received my mobile after all and what i found was my Sim Tray was missing from the phone. I mean what kind of service is this ?. What can a person do with his phone with Sim Tray missing ?.

I again lodge the complaint but again only fake promises nothing else.

Hi,

This is regarding a fraud payment made yesterday from my account.

I tried reaching their support team for around 20 minutes on 3rd Dec 16 but was not able to connect.

Finally after waiting in que of 25 people Mr. Karthik addressed my issue but rather than giving me a solution this guy disconnected the call.

Worst exp i ever had with ICICI Bank.

Again i tried waited in que of 37 people and after 10 minutes i got connected to Mr. Sujeet he addresed the issue putted me on hold again for 10 more minutes and then suggested me to get my card blocked.

I did the same & he told me that i will get the refund ASAP but till now nothing has happend neither any call nor any reference number from your end.

Card has already been blocked and i tried reaching the customer care team through mails on Monday but there was no revert from anyone from their end.
I marked a mail to Mr. Subhendu Tripathy, Head – Phone Banking but no response.
Today i marked mail to Mr. Saurabh Singh, Senior General Manager and Head – Customer Service but again no response.

TOday afternoon i contacted support team again & spoke to someone name Ms. Ayushi and she told me that they have processed the request & it will be credited into my account in next 2 days.
I requested her to take a request for re-issuance of my debit card she told me that request has been taken.

after 4 hours i have recieved a call from ICICI Bank hyderabad office stating that their is no request for the re-issuance of the card also they dont have any update about the Refund & it will take more time to check & they ll see what they can do.

Inspite the fact i am waiting for the solution they are just stretching the things and nobody is responding with a solution.

Help to proceed with a firm decision against the company.

This Company was formed on residential garage property land. It was made illegally, without any prior consent to government. This company doesn’t even have government approval to run a commercial office inside this garage. They have been doing this since couple of years now. It is illegally to create a commercial working space inside a garage, on a residential property land, as per Indian Constitution. Hope, government takes serious action on all these illegal companies and benami properties.
