Complaint Details:
This is the worst service experience I ever had. I placed an order through Dominos no. 68886888 at 8.30 pm and followed up with Dominos 3-4 times within a span of 1.5 hrs… I called up after half hr, he said delivery guy left and when I called after 1 hr he said that guy left only 10 mins back. After continous followup I finally decided I’ll prepare meal at home for myself and my parents at 10.30 pm after waiting for 2 hrs. Now when am giving feedback to Dominos asking them to provide my order free of charge they are just sending msg that hope our manager’s response is satisfactory while neither I rcvd a call nor resolution. Everytime I click button not satisfied they send another msg with same content as if to close their pending issues. Am pissed off ! Will never order from Dominos again and ask everyone of my team at work and my home not to order from this place. Pizza hut is far better in terms of service and quality.

Complaint Details:
I had an issue with my airtel setup box and contacted digital tv support. The next day airtel technician came and informed that he would need to swap the box next day. It happened on 03Dec2016. So far the technician has not come and no updates from Airtel. On 03-Dec-2016 Evening, They closed ticket (ref no 56945503)with problem resolved. When i contacted, Airtel support person explained that if technician visits house, he can close the ticket irrespective whether the solution is offered or not. Later they again opened case with the title “wrong resolution”.Till now no response nor solution offered. so i asked for disconnection on 05Dec. Airtel support team have taken the request and told me that they would refund the amount after a call from higher officials. Till now no updates.

Dear Sir,

I have booked Honda amaze long time back from East of KAILASH location was my pickup point. When I reached at location found the car was not available . The guys told me car got accident. I have 2 booking on the same day . The second one was from Jasola appolo location they said the same thing from another one car met with an accident . These guys are totally fake. They take money and confirm the booking .

Now I made an new booking which is for Mercedes’s CLA starting on 9th of December . I am too much worried about it . They will not repeat same thing that vehicle got an accident . I booked it for my brother marriage purpose . If it will happen that will be not acceptable . Iam definitely file an case in consumer forum . I have already spoken over Call centre executive sangeet and her supervisor Jennifer. I have a recording for the same. I also have mails. Whter they stated that they will providing a car any how.If they fails to do u will take him in court . Than they will pay very huge in composition . My reservation I’d is JPS6V2JYG. So please be prepare.

I have used Jio money app to transfer my funds from card to bank account. While transfering, it is giving Do not honor error despite attempting several attempts. I need to transfer my funds asap. Now my money is blocked and i cant transfer it.

I need to pay my installments and no money is in my account. No cash in atms and pathetic service by jio. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Complaint Details:
I saw the ad film on Sab tv and ordered sweat slim belt on phone which i received on 30/10/2016 through cash memo no. 0718 for rs.1890/- of date. There is mis matched in belt size. The size is too big to fit me.
On lodging complaint on customer care no.09029000044, 9029000011.i am told that my complaint will be attended in next 10 days but so far nobody has attended to it. After 10 days i again called them, but they didn’t pick my call I tried so many times Tu call them but call disconnected after three four seconds after that I called from another number then they pick my call and said that my issue will be resolved within 4 days by 30 November 2016 but I didn’t get any resolution till date.

They said that why are you calling again and again. They said they have already my complaint but when I ask for complaint no. Then they refused to give any complaint number and said they will call back but till date I didn’t get any call from Sweat Slim Belt.
I would also request TV channels please do not promote such kind of companies on TV.

please don`t buy this product we need to close this company i am also faced same problem.

If customer care executive are so much busy in there work then why customer care number is provided and if these banks cant provide the requirement of there customer then dont open the account.
idbi cant able to care there customer.dont open account in that bank.its useless
My transation at atm failed and and still my money get deducted so i want to just ask “when will i get my money back or not ”
from 2 days i am trying but cust care people dont even able to recive my phone.
service is toooooo muchhhh bad very bad
