Complaint Details:
I have made a payment for my BSES electricity bill on 07.12.2016 for INR 650/- (using the freecharge credit of Rs.60) but the payment status is shown as failed in Freecharge account . However I have received the message from bank stating that amount has been debited from your account.
Even I haven’t received any refund in my FreeCharge wallet

I have written a Mail to FreeCharge but yet to hear from them.

I have done a transition for my Vodafone no. bill payment, first 3 time status shows that the transition is not completed so i pay one another time, but when i check my bank statement i shows that the amount deducted from my account twice.

i have many time try to reach your care by toll free no.180018001234 but call not connected.

so please revert my amount back to my account.

Scam or fraud: KFC India — Cash debited without any order confirmation message.

On 06th/12/2016 i placed an online order on kfc’s online delivery site. the amount was debited from my card but i didnt get any order confirmation. when i called the customer care no., they said that it might refund in 10-15 days. instead of helping they asked me to place order again and pay for it. I have the proof regarding the amount being debited in terms of the message and the website error page.
i dont have that much of patience to wait for soo many days for such a small amount. This is the worst service possible.

Scam or fraud: PayTM Mobile Solutions — Added Rs 100 to paytm wallet. Not showing added Rs 100. Very bad thing.. Very disappointed

Had rs 3, in paytm wallet, dated 12dec.2016.
Added rs 100 at 5.44 pm, from sbi account.
Transaction successful.
Accepted by paytm also.
But the wallet still shows rs. 3.
What did you do to my 100rs., i want them back.

I will not be now that frequent on paytm until request resolved.
Learnt a lesson. Thanks to you.

Scam or fraud: Panasonic — New mobile body colour spread within 20 days

Hi Team,

Regards to Panasonic Eluga Note (Gold).

I had purchased the above mobile on 15th Nov 2016 online from Flipkart and delivered to me dated 17th Nov 2016.
After few days (15 days) I have noticed that the mobile body colour has been spread from the front side border corners which not expecting within few days.

I had communicated regarding this with Flipkart and they have stated that the Flipkart has been given 10 days replacement warranty and same period has been over. You can contact with Panasonic Service Center.

I had visited to Panasonic authorized service center too (Unique Infosystems and Telecom, The Mall, Malad-west) and it was very bad experience.

I have explained to the customer services executive regarding the mobile issue, so he had replied, we never give any warranty on body parts. You can contact to Panasonic Customer Care.

I had contacted Panasonic customer care too and executive has been communicated with authorized services center person. I don’t know about their conversation, what they communicated with each other. After that call has been disconnected by service center person and he has been replied that we have never do anything regarding this issue.

I had called customer care again and now this time I communicated with another executive (pinky). I have explained same and she has given very silly solution stating that “Mam you can use back cover for your mobile”.
Any common man have that commonsense to use back cover and I have already used back cover from day I have purchased the mobile and this not a solution for only 15 days used mobile.

I can understand if my mobile has been used more than 6 to 7 months and same issue I can face but now i am facing this within 15 to 20 days from the date of delivery. Try to understand my concern.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information.. I tried to contact so many time from past 2 weeks also write mails to solutions.bank@kotak.com and service.bank@kotak.com. but no one replied.

4 times they charged in 1 week..

Dear sir I all ready talk with area sales manager (Mob.- +917544007515)but after 15days he told that SV No. not showing at internet & you will collect your transferred paper from Raj Priya Gas Agency Chota Muri, Ranchi – 83510. This gas agency is related to Bharat Gas. At paper submitting time gas agency provide me 2 Nos of filled cylinders with regulator & hose pipe .
So, I request please do the positively.

We have samsung SCX printer, it is not working properly. If any made any print out it was struck and giving big noise. we are very much bother about due to this printer compliant. We unable to find what’s the problem whether it is cartridge problem nor printer problem. Hence we request you that please visit our premises and rectify the repair as early as posibble.

this is in regards to my telephone no. 7045466787, i have transfered Rs. 2000/- from my debit card to pay tm wallet, and i have transaction no. 634212350234, where as my money is being deducted from my account, but due to poor intenet quality it took long time to credited to paytm account, i have checked my passbook where ther is no balance, so what about my money transfer to your Paytm account, i am really worried that what will be happening to my 2000 rs., hope you will give me immediate reply or give us telephone no. where i can speak directly, hope to hear from you at earliest
