Complaint Details:
I had ordered moto g turbo and its back cover and made the payment wid my debit card but i cancelled order within 30 minutes due to various reasons. And i got message saying your money will be refunded in 4 business days.
But i didn’t get the refund.
And when i contacted customer care they told me to wait for some more time. And few of customer care executives gave false and irrevalent information. Its a pure mental harassment. Very poor customer care support. Kindly help me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked a residential unit in Antriksh Sanskriti, NH-24, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (U.P) direct through builder in November 2012.

At the time of booking, the builder had promised us for on time delivery of project in December 2014, but due to extreme delay and misguiding commitments from Builder I had cancelled my booking in July 2016.

I am having loss of INR 12, 57, 698 individually which we have paid to builder and promised to be given within 1 month after cancellation. Now builder is giving excuse of not having fund and refused to pay. Its almost 5 months after cancellation, repeated requests were made to the concerned officers at Antriksh Sanskriti office and personal visits, for providing the money, but all in vain.

This project was started 8-9 years back and till now the building in which I have booked my flat has constructed only its basement and I doesn’t see it to be get completed for next 4-5 years too.

This seems to have a big concern for us and we are not able to manage our daily expenses due to a no refund of huge amount paid by us.

Through this mail, I request you to kindly take up our matter with Antriksh Realtech Group and help me get my money back and with interest.

Dear sir/madam
this is to inform that i have paytm account but was not using it, as i wish to start the using of paytm, i have transfered rs. 2000/- to my paytm wallet, and its get transfered from bank and not credited in my paytm account, i have made complaint to paytm and said my money is stuck, so some one called from paytm and ask fro my last four digit and cvv no. to transfer that amount to paytm wallet, but with my surprise person has deducted rs. 9999/- and Rs. 8000/- from my debit card account, also rs. 1000/- is transfered to but i didnt get any balance in paytm, i feel that i am cheated and they have deducted my balance and tranfer to some one… i just want to know how i can get my money back
