I am regular customer of Amazon, my user id is diwakar.prj29@rediffmail.com
I bought one Konami contra 8 bit cassette some day before which is showing in website currently but I got some other contra game cassette.
It’s ok but when I going to start it, it’s not working properly from start now, then I choice the option of replacement but amazon want to more expenses from me, they said print the complaint copy and courier to new Delhi.
That’s why I am going to stop buying any product from amazon next time.

Recharged online for rs 149 yesterday and today.recharge was sucessful.but still not activated.i call you customer care they told me call after half an hour.server is down.Then i call SIX times regarding this matter still they are telling call after half an hour.still it is not activated.

Worst service.i dont want to continue your service and i am going to share about your worst service through social medias.

I bought my Ipad on 24 October 2014. It worked well for the first year when it was under warranty. But soon after that(around two months later), it started having a problem- ghost touching, as the users at the apple community site call it. The system starts acting erratically by itself, closing and launching random apps and basically making it very difficult to use.
Now for the past one year I have been to all the Apple service centers in Kochi multiple times. But nothing has been done so far. When I went to the service center, the guy at the desk told me that they only fix SOFTWARE issues, and checked for any. Then he told me that it was a hardware issue and they can do NOTHING about it. He gave me some “toll-free number” saying that I will have to lodge my complaint over there. He also mentioned that there is no repair of the products, but only replacement. Then after that I contacted the number given to me, the person who picked up the phone just kept beating the bush for one COMPLETE hour and finally told me that there is nothing they can do and I have to go to the service center again. warranty card and invoice of product, Here I have attached warranty card
and invoice of product please find it.

I hope you have understood the my concern regarding warranty issue then
also I am again brief you my concern as below.

I have purchased this product with 3 years of warranty I also received
warranty card for the same product(as attached here). Now before few days
my TV panel was not working so I have contacted 2-3 Toshiba service center
they I have tried to help me but issue is that I have purchased *LED TV*(as
attached invoice) but somehow seller had sent me warranty card of *LCD TV *for
same product and invoice. So toshiba service center has told me that we
can’t help you in this regards you have to contact the seller for this
concern as seller had made mistake and they had given you wrong warranty
card of product.

Anyways, I need urgent support regarding this matter never expected this
type of cheating from flipkart atleast not from WS retail seller.
Really disappointed with your service.

Scam or fraud: Airtel — AirTel cheating their broadband customers by stealing the data

I have AirTel broadband from past 10 years and I have never see this problem where in which the data consumption automatically reduces even when I am not at all using the broadband. I am seeing this strange behavior from last 5 months where in which when I check the data remaining on my broad band, using just a mobile phone as single client, within no time the data starts coming down. I first lodged a complaint with customer care at 121, but very sad to say that, the person from other end not able to provide any sort of help as why is this happening. I got suspicious about this and for next billing cycle, I didnt connect to broadband at all but kept the modem ON all the times. Using my mobile data, i started monitoring the data balance on my broadband and to my surprise the data was automatically coming down in GBs in hour. I have a 60 GB data plan and this becomes 0 within 4 days even when no device is connected. I have also changed the password on my modem/router before i started my experiment. I called customer care again and informed them about this behavior but after a long discussion the representative told me if I am not happy with the service I can discontinue. This is very rude. I will definitely discontinue your service but I want you to pay me back my last 5 months bills back and also a penalty for cheating me by stealing my data even when I am not using it. AirTel is cheating the customers big time and think they can do whatever they wish. They think they can cheat people and no one will come to know this. Thanks to technology, AirTel will be blacklisted with all the evidences. This is such a bad company that does not have capable technical people who can address the issues, rather they are good in cheating their customers. Please pay me back my last 5 months bills on my broadband and also answer to my question on who is stealing my data? I am sure it is your trick to make me fool by saying i need to take more data package. Because I have turned down every call that came to me from customer care stating I have exhausting my data very soon and they have offer me next data plan for additional cost. Because I am not ready to accept their offer, they are cheating this way. I need an explanation from AirTel on this on priority and pay me back before I go to media and make sure all people across the country come forward and show all your cheating cases.

I have opened an new Account on 18/11/2016 at Raiya Chowkdi Branch Rajkot,
they told me that CHEQUE BOOK & ATM Will reach to you by 15 days. As of now it’s 19 days. What i have to do without CHEQUE BOOK & ATM?

I have to pay to my debtors via cheque, what should i have to do without cheque book?

Due to Demonetisation money is lacking what should i do without money ATM is so compulsory nowadays.
