Scam or fraud: MIOT Hospitals — icu ward attenders entry

Complaint Details:

It is much painful and nightmare experience to the attenders of the patients admitted in ICU ward in first floor. The securities are rude ianc denying permission even to the ground floor corridor and wait there, despite showing the pass. Some of the attenders are moving in and out freely without any difficulties even without passes.

Miverover no attenders are allowed to sit even in the corridor in the night, forcing them to evacuate the corridor, hence are forced to stay in nearby hotels.

Heavy disrespect to humanity to the attenders who are already tired and worried about the state of the patients. Please do something to take out the hardship caused and think in lines of the worried humans and arrange someway of accomodating atleast one attender for one patient to know the status of the patients and update relatives and friends.

Hope such a huge hospital like MIOT will probe and help hands in this issue at the earliest.

I, Renuka katiyar, booked this hotel for 6 days as I was on business trip.
Hotel name : OYO 655 Hotel Aundh Retreat

From the time i checked into this hotel i started facing problems.

Some problems are as follows:

1. As soon i went into the room Tata Sky, TV remotes were not working.

2. No remote for AC. Ac was in really bad condition. I had reach to AC power button and switch it on from there. Initially when I started the AC it was working properly.

3. Lights were not proper. No proper lights in room as well in washroom. tube light in washroom was broken. There was a lamp in the room but without bulb in it.

4. There was a big window in the room they provided. Window with no grills on it. Also the locks for both sides to close that window were broken.

5. No cleanliness. There were hairs in the drawers.

6. Condition of the mini fridge they provided was really bad. When i opened it everything inside was broken. It felt like it was kept there just for name sake nothing else.

Initially i tried reaching out to reception for all problems i was facing. Every time I called the person on reception, he said that he was sending some one to look after. But It never happened.
At last i along with my work colleagues had to go all the way to the reception. There also we had to wait because nobody was there to assist us. This all happened minutes after we checked in and did half of the payment.

At the end we went to hotel manger. We tried talking to him and explained him what problems we were facing from the time we checked in. I expected at least a positive reply from him. But he acted completely opposite. Instead of solving our problems he said following things to us:

1. If you have any problem you can check out right now.

2. For AC remote which was missing from rooms he said “People like you take our AC remotes that’s why we stopped keeping remotes in the rooms”. After requesting a lot he gave one remote.

3. For window locks he said he can’t repair. It will take 2 to 3 days for it to get repair. Also, I have to manage without it only since he didn’t had any other room empty.

Since hotel was not helping finally we came to conclusion that my office colleagues and I will switch the room just for one night because it was already 10 pm in night and we already paid half of the amount. But on that also hotel manager said he not sure about the condition of the AC.

“He said don’t come to me and complaint if AC stopped working at 12 O’Clock mid night. He said he will not do anything and won’t help us.”

So he decided to give me another room which was half of the size of room he gave me initially. That room was small with no proper light. Tube light again was broken.

Then for the final solution we contacted oyo manager because we still had booking for 6 days.
We were on call with oyo person till 2 am in mid night. Person from OYO said that he was sorry for everything and decided to change our hotel for remaining days.
But still we had to pay full charges of the room for one night even after facing that much problems.
What we received from oyo is only sorry for what ever we faced that day nothing else.

As per our complaint with HP(case no.[protected]), we got a quote from IQOR Global, Delhi and as per their condition we made DD for 12515 and sent scan copy to them on 4/5/18 for proceed to repair. In between we enquired about the repair and they said made order for parts and nothing happened till 14/5/18. But surprisingly on 14/5/18 we got another quote for 19495 for repair. We don’t know how a company like yours are managing services for such costly laptop which was lying for almost 1 month and finally sent an exorbitant repair quote. Need justification for all these delay and revised quote.

IOB Saidapet branch is the worst bank branch I have ever seen. The faculty working in the cash deposit counter, is not at all responding well and they are working dead slow, speaking and wasting our time. All the customers get irritated by their slow work. They did not even try to do this jobs fastly. Kindly make all the measures to make the customers feel more convenient.

Hello to authroised person,
This is to inform or bring to your notice that the boys who are at the TOLL plaza they even donot know that seperate track only for FAST TAG Vehicle. They allow all the vehicle in the same track. Then why should we purchase the fast track stickers. And more over people will never think of adopting fast tag when they are allowed in the same track. In entire Karnataka at all the TOLL PLAZA this is observed. Honestly we get fedup when they do this kind of rules. We our selves think that we are the fools that we have adpoted Fast tag.
Requesting who ever the concerned to address and start passing the message to all toll plaza so that every one in the county will adopt fast tag.

Kindly notice that i am an employee in private company, went in ESIC Medical Collage 3 No., Faridabad H.R.. After doctor’s advise i went for ultrasound at first floor but they worried me, two times they said to me to go back to doctor and my 3rd visit they gave date for ultrasound more than one month later from date of doctor’s advise. Now i am suffering from pain in my leg but ultrasound date is one month later. Kindly take the necessary action please.

On 7 April 2018 all the kids from 2nd class to 10th class
Those were not in saturday uniform
Were made to run two rounds of ground as punishment in millenum school mohali.
If a child slowed down they were asked to speed up and shown slaps by pushpinder teacher.

Please ask for CCTV footage of punishment.

Teachers told students that punishment is from Principal so it will not be relaxed.

Corporal punishment is illegal. This principal has done it earlier also.

Please punish the guilty and do the needful.

Scam or fraud: Xiaomi India — redmi 4a handset software not functioning properly and restarts when connecting for charging

Dear M/S,

I bought a new Redmi 4A (3 GB RAM, 32 GB Memory) in September 2017.
But, I have following issue with this smartphone within a 3 Months, Since this handset is still in a warranty period.

1. Mobile is auto restarts when connects to the charging pug (using same redmi charger)
2. Mobile hangs or takes longer time to functioning/Software issue/touch screen not sense.
