I have purchased a new Samsung j7prime and the phone is having display problem the second day of purchase and contacted Samsung service Centre they refused to change the phone and said that only display will be changed but not mobile they also told to change the mobile but now refusing the same. It is very disappointing and frustrating to see the rejection of claim of our genuine medical expenses.
After following so many times by telephone and email your team kept on asking for the same documents which were already submitted to you. Then you asked for letter from the doctor which was submitted two times to your team.
I Was thoroughly harassed by your company while trying to get an update for the claim, every time I tried calling I was told it would take a few more days before they would give me an update .I have a email communication clearly stating that I would be updated with the status and I have forwarded all require documents for the same within 18 working days.When I received no revert form the company I started calling them and email only to know after a lot of follow ups that time I have received one email our claim has been rejected (because of the treatment is possible on OPD basis since there is no active line of treatment) .
If medical insurance companies do not settle the expense the incurred by a customer than what is the point of keeping a medical insurance ?
We have been using your services and your loyal customer since many years but we haven’t got yet services in return .We do not expect this kind of services from ICICI Lombard.

In the name of mandatory checking, indane taking rs.75, and they are doing nothing. I don’t want to pay this amount, for this purpose. If it is mandatory do it at free of cost, because we are already paying for gas cylinder.
If i do not pay this amount, survey park gas service force us. They are asking rs. 75 for checking every time when i book cylinder. Why you are sucking money from customer?
Tell me what to do.

Vijay tv is one of the worthless and cheapest network ever i’ve come across. You guys telecast shivam and suddenly on a good episode stopped it. Have no damn idea why you guys did that. Then comes the new mahadev from no where with totally new characters and i was like “at least some thing is better than nothing”. And for my disappointment, vijay tv stopped telecasting this serial as well. My question is, what’s wrong with vijay tv. Is this how a network treats its viewers? If you are going to stop a serial in the middle for no god damn reason, why are you guys telecasting it first of all?
I have lost all my respect on vijay tv and stopped watching all the damn shows. Suntv and even other new channels like vendar tv are doing much much more better than you guys to be honest.

Dear sir i have take h postpaid connection of idea cellular company i choose 599 rental plan first bill generated by 15 days but mt rantal is full of months uses i called customer care but there is no solution for my problems, i was not pay my bill at 11/11/2016 and company bairried my outgoing calls at 17/112016. And today (17/11/2016) i pay my bill and company reactivate my services please returne me the 15 days rantal charges thats company not want to return thank you

I booked an ola cab on 16.11.17 from andheri (e) at 5.44pm, the crn given by ola was 458650609. although at the time of booking the pick up wait time showed 1 min. i was picked up at 6.05 a good 20 min. later. i gave the crn to the driver to begin the ride and we started from andheri (e) at 6.10 pm – however hardly had we gone midway – past d. n. nagar, that the driver got a call on his mobile from ola bookings and later made me talk to the ola executive on the line – i was told that my ride had not got logged in the system and therefore the driver could not take me ahead. i will have to get off immediately. this is so unprofessional and absolutely wrong to take a passanger – the crn recd and given here confirms that & then to say a km or so later that you must get off – ola needs to not just apologize for the inconvenience thus caused to me but also compensate me for this unprofessional conduct and the trauma that i suffered at firstly waiting for 20 min. and then being rudely taken off the cab in the middle of the road at peak office hour time.

Proprty dealer & builder has occuiped unauthorised gram shaba land. This land already two time demolation but this time police & mcd people they already mixup with builder & property dealars. Police & mcd people have taken money from dealar & builders that why they are sleeping and he is cotinourly occuping goverment surface without any fear in his mind.
I request kindly take my complaint seriously and come once to see this construction site so that mcd will judge & see the real situation.
