and i registered complaint thrice but no one is responding to it.
Kindly update ASAP
now thought that such good companies manufacture such 3rd class products too. very bad experience buying a videocon product.

First of all the ‘HEAD’ of the RTO office argued and misbehaved with me over parking space (I parked my bike at the place where he parks his car, and to be honest there was no kind of notice board written ‘no parking’ or ‘parking space only for the workers’). So it was a genuine mistake that anyone would have made.
And then the computer operators left their desks 8 to 10 minutes prior to lunchtime (I mean I get that they are also human and they were hungry but we have been standing here in this row for like 1 and a half hour now and we will have to stand here for another half hour and wait for our turn. (We are also human, in case you forgot) If they had worked for those 8 minutes more at least three of the persons standing in the line won’t be facing any kind of trouble. Thanks

I have purchased my bike (Yamaha AS RR) as on 2015.
But I have received faulty bike. We have facing only 1 problem since while purchase bike ( SZ RR ), also still not resolved my problems from our bike service provider’s.i have complaining regularly but it’s not done from our side all the workers and also service provider’s are layer and unprofessional.
They did not mine customer complents and satisfaction, they are working for salary only in pcmc Pune.
I have complaining since last 3 years regularly to Kamala Yamaha ( Pimpri, pune), but finally Kamala yamaha sells and services has been closed as in last year and New sellers are opened our showroom in there and also all staff is regularly moved from Kamala Yamaha to New dealer, not only me all customer are erected to all staff.
I requesting you that please resolve my problems or suggest also please please and please remove all staff from there for good customer satisfaction and services.

Take slipper from Bata outlet Sec-8, Panchkula.
Slipper got damage in 2 month, Showroom manager says article not available in punjab & haryana that time, but he arranges faulity one from some store & give me damaged slipper to me at late night.
I will return that slipper to showroom manager & take old one back from him.
Raise new complaint again – A1135418 & from last 10 days no resolution from bata side.
Earlier also raise concern to consumer, Call comes from gurgoan from mam, she say we will send article from delhi, but passed 15 days non slipper received yet at bata store.
Pl slove my proble on urgent basis.

This is to inform you that I am not receiving the Times of India paper for more than 4 months. I have paid Rs.499/- for the 1 year scheme in Dec 2017, But now I am not receiving the newspaper for more than 4 months. We have also informed the person who have collected the cheque from us, he said that the paper will be delivered henceforth but still not received.

My consignment which includes my 3 motor vehicle, 1 AC, 1 Fridge and lot of other house hold items were picked on 21st of April’18. The whole amount has been paid advance and the package has not yet moved from Delhi which has to be delivered to Mirzapur, UP. It has been more than a month where the consignment was supposed to be delivered in next 10 days. Worst service experience. Amit- Doesn’t answer the calls and now they are asking us to pay 9000 Rs. more if we want them to deliver the service.
