Greetings from Hotel Dasaprakash Paradise – Mysore.
We bought about three dozen Milton Flasks about 3 months ago locally.
But recently we have notice that, the inner part is turning copper reddish like rust though we are using the flask for drinking water purpose only. The enclosed photo explains the problem better.
Please look in to the matter and revert at the earliest as we have put on hold the purchase of another 60 for the rest of the rooms.
We await your prompt response.

I been running behind this group (Expat properties) ever since 2013 for a cancellation and refund process. I had invested with expat ( B1203085), My investment was in year 2010-11 and still running behind them for a settlement. if you see the kind of email response you get from these people, its driving me crazy. I am also now planning to file legal proceedings against them in Dubai and in India. I have all the email correspondence with expat representatives which I copied to our legal firm for a proof.
I have all the payment proofs (Cheque numbers, sale agreement, email confirmation/ correspondence with Expat)

I have paid 5750 for counseling registration but i have not been alloted any college. As per guidelines if college does not allot any seat it would refund 5000.But till now it has not done so. I have done PAYMENT OFINR 5750 via Dr card for my daughter admission fees in B.Com 1st year on dated 28th June, ’18.

Money was debited from my account and transaction was remain incomplete. Therefore, next day i have re paid same amount via kotak bank by deposting cash.

But since then money is yet not credited in my account.

So please take up with ACPC for refund of the same.

Dear Sir, I am Pharma Distributor from Bangalore, Karnataka. I keep ordering Medicines from different states. But whenever the medicines are dispatched from manufacturer through Trackon Courier – it will not be delivered even after ONE WEEK even on continuous tracking, their website will not be updated, their phones will not be answered (either continuous busy or ringing but not answered – How to TRACK “Trackon Couriers” i really don’t know.

I have booked a Reliance big TV connection on dated 06.04.2018 (Time 8.00 AM) and order No.6378 but as on today my connection is not installed. At the time of booking i was intimated through message that my installation was done within 30 to 45 days but after 95 days my installation is still pending. so you are requested if you are not interested in installation my connection please pay back my booking amount with interest.

I had applied for 2 new meter installation setup on 18.05.2018. At that point of time they told me they would not allow me 2 meter installation at the same time. But after the first meter installation they would work for the second one.

For the first meter installation, I had to run to the WESCO office everyday 2-3 times and beg them to setup my meter and finally they installed the first meter on 10.06.2018 ( more than 20 days).

Thereafter, I requested them to install the 2nd meter as they promised me after the 1st meter installation but they simply ignoring me now by saying they don`t have the form for the new connection ( from last more than 1 month) and sometimes also replying me in rudely behaviour so that I would not come again.

I don`t know what is the Govt. Charges for the new meter connection but they initially took payment of Rs.5, 000/- for both the meter on 26.05.2018.

Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty.
I would be highly obliged if you could settle this matter in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer.
