Complaint Details:
I am standing in your retail outlet in Lamb Road, Devlali, Nashik, Maharashtra since last one hour. Have paid Rs 5000.10 thru my credit card for getting a healing card charged. However, the salesman here has swiped my credit card and done the transaction but is not able to give me the card as he does not know how to charge the apollo healing card. The manager of the store is not here yet, it’s 10.50 am. I’m stuck. Please ensure that proper trained guys are employed as Apollo Pharmacy has a good name in the environment. No doubt the medical store just 500m away from this shop is always full with customers. The staff here needs to be pulled up a bit, they seem to be not interested towards the growth of the company. Thanks if it continues this way I may end up going to other local retailers.

Scam or fraud: Godrej Garden City — Parking Allotment

I have bought 2bhk flat in Godrej Garden City. My all payments were on time.they delayed the possession by one year still I was ok. But now once I did registration of my apartment and all payments done they have allotted me a parking in different building which is far from my apartment. Since now they have received all payments from me they are taking advantage of it. Their rude executive tells me on phone ur late for registration hence we have no parking left for you. I don’t understand what is registration has to do with parking space?? I have paid Godrej way in advance full money for parking as well as for apartment then why they have to wait to allott a parking space till I do registration?!

Be aware of such small small wrong doing by Godrej, once you pay your amount they will take you for granted and you will left with no choice but to accept what the give you.

Apartment are not of good quality at all. Other construction groups are giving far better quality as compare to Godrej in same price that too in good locations.

My advice to people thinking of investing in Godrej to think 10 times before investing. Their after sales services are worst. The executive who I spoke over my parking allotment issue was so rude and not ready to talk. I felt like I was a beggar and he is giving me parking in my building as if he is giving it for FREE.

Spoke to few agents they are at the opinion that price of Godrej will not go up in near 5 years as Godrej has so many unsold inventory with them which they are offering at same price which I had bought 4 years back so your value appreciation will not happen for another few years. On top of it such customer care executive who will make you feel the worst. Giving you parking 2 building away where you have to walk 10 min to reach your apartment. This all will be part of your package. Hence avoid it and invest in other builders.

I called IFB customer care on Oct 29, 2016 to complain about my fully automatic washing machine. My complain number is 18660403. Someone called me on Nov 2, 2016 and said other engineer will call and visit, but till date no one called or visited my place to repair the machine. I also have an AMC with IFB. Since then I have called customer service several times, and have been assured of quick resolution but all are false promises. 2 times I have been given number of higher authority and managers but those numbers are out of service.
This is pathetic service from a reputed company.

I want to tell you complain about the MC garbage box who is placed not well in ‘Ramdarbar’ near of Sabji ground. The box is placed on footpath and due of garbage box people are forced for walk on road, and when the box is full nobody change that box. And other thing is same side on the road there is a large layer of sand the MC workers are not done their work properly and due of their laziness last week a accident happened .so i am requesting you please take a legal action about it.

Order placed on 16th Nov 2016.Its a prepaid order.I get a mail on 18th Nov mentioned “Order is out for delivery”. So i kept waiting the whole day, Didnt go out as i would miss the order.In the evening i get a message that delivery was attempted, which is shocking to hear.Imagine you wait the whole day & youre out patience & you get to hear that “We tried to deliver, but youre not there”.I didnt receive any call nor some one came to my residence.They FAKED THE DELIVERY.i Call up the customer care, they say we cant help you.In the tracking its moentined the delivery will be attmpted the next business day, but not delivered the next day also.Basically Amazon has started cheating people with such FAKE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS.Wasting Consumers time.Customer care says we cant help, its not in our hands.Its also a prepaid order, they care a dam cause they alreayd took the money. The order is shipped form 20km away from my residence.They FAKED THE DELIVERY & still they couldnt deliver the product even after 4 days. Whats suprising is that they dont think that they did a mistake.

What should we do when brands start treating consumers like this?When brands dont respect consumers time and money?

Indian Consumers, its time to know what brands will do to you when they become big.They follow unethical means to achieve numbers, ignoring customer satisfaction.

Moral of the story: Dont let brands become so big that the start ignoring the consumer. NO consumer-NO Brand.

I am a regular customer of ezone koramangala bangalore and purchased so many things from this store. Last time I purchased food processor and got the credit note in return for the remaining amount.

I went to the store to redeem that issued credit note and came to know that credit note was expired around a weak back. They then informed me that they will take approval from head office and then this credit note can be validated and asked me to come after few days. I visited the store atleast 5 times after that and every time they they used to say that we will inform you but I never got a call from them.

After around one and half month of struggle, multiple calls and several visit to the store they are now saying that your credit note can not be validated since their Head office is not approving it now. I never expected such kind of behavior and attitude towards the customer from a future group company.

Request you to take this issue on priority and act upon it to get it resolved.
