Scam or fraud: Easy Cabs — Taxi Not provided

Complaint Details:
I normally take Easy Cab quite frequently for my all movements. On 21.11.2016, I had once again booked cab for 22.11.2016 for 5.50 AM from Sector 25 Noida to Ghaziabad Station. Booking was confirmed bearing ID No. A112100009. Cab details were received as a routine course. Cab details mentioned was Car No. DL1RX-7191, Chaufer No. 9810456310.

At 5.30 AM, I called chaufer (Shri Trilok) to check his exact position. I was horrified to hear that though he has received message but he informed that he won’t be coming to me as he has some other booking. I immediately called your customercare executive (probably Mr. Vikas) at 5.32 AM, 5.33 AM and 5.34 AM at 01143434343 from my mobile. He said that he would inform me about an alternative cab within 4-5 minutes. But when no message regarding alternative cab was received, I at 5.44 AM again called him. He said that presently there is no cab but make arrangements within 15-20 minutes. I am highly angered that no alternative cab was provided to me and as a result, we could not reach station in time and missed the train.

We had booked Cab not for convenience but for saving time and for worry free travel. But instead it had caused severe agony and physical exersion to us as my family had to finally travel by bus (taken more time and missed the program).

This is highly regretted and is not expected of Easy Cab, premium taxi provider in a country.

Since neither taxi was provided nor any of your Easy cab officials bothered to inform me causing not only physical stress but monetary loss, I very strongly urge that a strict action be taken against chaufer and other officials concerned with intimation to me so that in future, no such incidence is repeated.

The company has sent me the wrong product . I ordered jeans combo the material should have been Denim Lycra but they sent plain denim jeans and the measurement given on the site does not match with the size of product . I tried contacting them but the phone is always buzy . I send them several e-mails but they just don’t reply .Solve this matter otherwise I will take the matter to customer court.

Complaint Details:
I had requested for a 30GB booster pack, complaint # 558544509 and 558574453. However, it’s been 24 hours and the pack has not been activated. I have got terrible service from your employees especially Nagesh who had initially disconnected the call and then later was absolutely rude with me. If you listen to your call recordings you will know the kind of service he has offered me. I m searching already for a new service provider so tht I don’t have to deal with such rude and unhelpful people. I need this issue to be resolved immediately as the speed is 512kbps and it is not helping me as I work from home and it has affected my work here.

Please look into this on an urgent basis.

Complaint Details:
My sister got admitted in midnight around 2am and the procedure of medicine started so she couldn’t get a proper sleep in night. Obviously a patient need a rest so she was trying to sleep in morning at around 10.
But the staff on the floor including floor doctor and nurses are making so much of unnecessary noice by talking loudly.
When I tried to request them to slow down the voice they answered rudely saying it’s a day time, the noice is obvious.
Such a pathetic and unprofessional answer and services is unacceptable when we are paying these much amount. Rather giving a peaceful rest and care to the patient, your employees are disturbing a lot.

Take the necessary actions ASAP or else I shall go further to the higher authorities.
We are staying in Sterling Hospital, Vadodara. In room number 410 old building.
I need a a complaint number and the action taken details.

Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Product delivered inspite of cancelling it

I ordered a Micromax tv on Nov 11th and cancelled it on 13th. Same day I ordered same tv as it was coming for lesser price. I got a mail saying it was cancelled. Then again on 15th I got a call saying Your micromax tv got delivered, since I was at office I asked my neighbour to pick it up. Once I reached my home at 7 pm I checked tv isnt the one which I ordered, so I immediately called their customer support team and told them I want them to pick up and they said they would pick it up in 2 days. Next day I got my new tv delivered. And even after 3 days no one was coming for pick up of cancelled tv, so I tweeted them and they called after 2 days.

Once they did call me, they informed me that I should not believed their customer support team member and return would be done. Now they are explaining me that courier guys was the mistake and saying sorry. Sorry isnt suffice, for your mistake I have to pay 21k. What would i do buying 2 same tvs ??

Once I cancel it should not have been delivered in the first place, I dont care what is the internal process, I will just refer to your portal and make thhe changes there itself.

Now take the product back and refund the money. Highly inconvienient.

Scam or fraud: Rockland Hospital — Poor quality of service in Rockland Hospital @ Katwaria Sarai

I admitted my 77 years old father for knee replacement surgery to be performed by Dr Hegde. The quality of the hospital was so bad, we forced ourselves out of the hospital after one night. We paid Rs 14000+ for the one night torture. I am listing out the major concerns:
– Single room on 5th floor allocated to us did not have a ward boy ring switch if necessary. Father is quite immobile, how does the hospital think he can call someone for help?
– AC/ Heater does not work
– No hot water in bathroom
– Basin tap handle comes off
– Blankets provided were even of worse quality than railway blankets
– Nurse does not have proper tools to draw blood sample. She used syringe to draw blood and manually pour blood from the syringe in different test tubes. All this done without any protective gloves
– After drawing blood no tape was used to seal the punctured vein
– She brought an ECG machine to the room. After plugging in the machine, it did not work. She walked out of the room looking for help while my father lay bare bodies in the cold with cables sticking out
– Requested dinner for me (attendant). I was asked to pay cash. No credit, debit, PAYTM or option to include in the bill. The dinner was taken back since I did not have cash
– Not a single ward boy or nurse peeped in the room the entire night to see how we are doing
– When I went out to replenish drinking water, I found all ward boys sleeping around the water dispenser. It was a big effort to wake them up to get water for patient and me
– Before discharge, the nurse extracted the tube that is stuck in the vein and carelessly taped. After a while there was huge bleeding (photo attached). She then came in a attached another tape carelessly
For all the above pain, I was charged Rs 14822 (Bill number INV-ROCQ-16009487). But I am glad to get out of the death trap called Rockland Hospital.
Please let me know your response. I will take my complaint to the next level and social media after a few days.

Complaint Details:
I have purchased a milk subscription on 31st Dec 2015 (Order# 200001158) and the payment was made through payu money as a part of promotional offer by paytm. I was told that within 3-4 days someone will be contacting you to start the subscription. But no one contacted me for that, i patiently waited for a month and then again contacted customer care the same promise was made by customer care. Done multiple calls and emails but nothing worked. Finally now i am hearing that the company is almost on the verge of closure. Need to request my refund.
