I had not received the order FVVOXQLUD which was placed on 01 November 2016 till today and its almost a month. I really feel very sorry for you as I wonder what is going on at Moglix ? Is there any responsible person who can handle the situation efficiently ? Shipping the consignment to the wrong address shows your inefficiency and casual attitude towards the assignments and orders ! Also as per your previous trailing mail of apology more than two times of 24 business hours are completed. I wonder still how much time you require. If you are not efficient and responsible enough to deliver the order, please cancel the order immediately and refund the full amount immediately to the original payment source to avoid further inconvenience and harassment to me. I will place the order with another efficient ecommerce site like flipkart / snapdeal / amazon.

I have purchased Moto G4 Plus mobile phone on 6/6/16. The camera is not working properly. I have given the phone at the service centre on 11/11/16 and they said the camera lens are not working and they will replace the same within a week. Its 22/11/16 and still everytime I ask at the service centre, everytime they say it will take 3 more days. I have the recordings of conversation with Motorola customer care which I can produce if requested. I need to go out of station day after tomorow but still the motorola service provider has not provided me the phone. Request you to please do the needful.

Maybelline lip gradation – rs 500 (discounted price rs 400)
2 maybelline color show matte – rs 325 each (discounted price rs 276)
1 elle 18 eye liner – rs 85 (rs 77)
1 coloressence eye liner – rs 125
So total amonut after discount should be :rs1154
2000 redeem points i.e. – rs 20
So amount to be paid is rs 1134
This was showed in the cart but when i made the payment rs 1332 were deducted from my account i.e no discount was provided on maybelline products.

I am Ravinder s/o Moolchand, R/O 482, Panchlok, Ghaziabad, . I am an account holder in Mandaula branch of Canara bank, my account number is 3441132000001.
Due to demonetisation, as you know, there is cash crunch everywhere, I too went to Mandaula branch for exchanging few currency notes but was unsuccessful in doing so inspite of trying it for several days, when I reached to bank officials and narrated them my problem than one Mohit Kumar, who is staff member, asked for bribe and offered to exchange my currency notes, He said he will exchange any number of notes if I am willing to pay him commission.
This whole incident happened in front of, Rajiv Kumar s/o Avneesh Kumar r/o Mandaula, his account number is 3441261000010,

I, Chandra Bhushan Dubey having a saving account no. with Axis Bank applied for 2.5 laks withdrawal through cheque for my daughter’s wedding ceremony as bank ministry guidelines.
Axis Bank Rejected the application by saying that they were not informed by their top level management related to such guidelines.My daughter’s wedding Date is on 9th Dec 2016 & i really need cash for the ceremony purpose.i filled n completed all the procedures n declaration form as specified by Government.
I request to RBI to pls accept my complaint n to solve my problem related such issue.

Scam or fraud: Air India — Excessive Cancellation Charges

I booked an Air India air ticket through Yatra.com on 19 Nov 16 at 1859 hours for a round trip from Delhi to Cochin for Departure on 26 Dec2016 and arrival on 30 Dec 2016 for my father Mr Ram Vikal . however, erroneously a typing error resulted and I typed 26 Nov 2016 for Departure and 30 Nov 2016 instead of Dec.

The PNR Numbers are H6ZRS and Z14T6 respectively under the booking reference number 191162297780 provided by Yatra.com.

The error was immediately observed and a call was made to the Yatra.com who directed me to contact the Air India for the same. I immediately contacted the airline they took all the details, kept me on hold just to convey it to me regarding a huge penalty. The call was made from 8292836225 at 1907 hours. We were not provided any assistance from the Airlines as well as the Company. this minor error resulted in a huge penalty of nearly Rs 5500 which is not only unjustified and appears to be a day light robbery.

I would also like to apprise you that the Airlines also make similar mistakes. In one instance I was charged twice for the same ticket and I had to wait for a month for the refund. The Airlines can get away but passengers have to bear the brunt.

In light of the above may I request to instruct the Airlines the refund the excessive charges.
