This is to inform you that there is construction rebuilding going on for several weeks in residential area next door due to which we are experiencing lot of problems due to high pollution, even difficult to breathe.The trucks come at 2.00a.m every night till4 .00 a.m that is illegal as iy is night time. It is to inform you I observe to purchase something that there is a a fraud case that Gift Card ID: 6014850013397009 Gift Card Code: QCYM-Y52VCQ-A9BJ is not shown in my a/c in website amazon.in . But its Expiry date is 27-OCT-2017 .

I believe it is a deliberate fraud by the website.Please take necessary steps .

But as per consignor courier is received delayed on 23 Nov. 2016.

Scam or fraud: Kotak Mahindra Bank — Money deducted twice- Complaint taking so much time for action

I have purchased a watch from MALABAR Watches, Viviana mall on 19th November 2016. But amount 22800 was deducted twice and I have only one time received by the shop. When I file a complaint by calling customer care they replied me that within 48 hours i will get my money back. But now they are saying 30 days will take for this action. This is bank’s fault, so why should I wait for 30 days. This is my salary account. If action will not take within 1-2 days I will contact my company HR to take strictly action against bank.

My Driving Experience with Honda BRV is very bad. Lot of Quality Issues:

Engine No: N15A11701126
Odometer till 23rd Nov 2016: 7600 KM
Purchased BRV on 21st May 2016 and lodge first complain on 26th May 2016 about noise from co-driver side door and pillar side, Back side Tail gate door noise, back seat noise and Back side tail gate rear Mirror rubber strip sucks automatically. Visited Paras Honda more than 20 times from last so many months but till date not satisfied and complains are not rectified from any one in Honda service center.
(1)Noise heard from co-driver side area while driving (2) Lock noise heard from centre row doors (3) Noise heard from Tool Kit area while driving (4) Rear Boot Door level difference from car body, not aligned, so unequal gap is visible on both left & right side and have noise (5) Steering Colom cover is not aligned (6) Under body Rubber paint done for 05 yrs warranty but paint is coming out within one month(7) Teflon paint is done on car but all marks are seen on all the mirrors difficult to drive when using wiper(8) Roof Headliner pasting coming out. (09) In Honda connect app shows Tow in 01 in 12 month without my knowledge and paint is removed from tow area front bumper send pictures to Jodhpur service centre to give explanation but no one is ready to answer. Company don’t have permanent solution for noise reduction in this car.
Reminded several times to call center and Jodhpur service center regarding above complain but no rectification from both end

I had purchased cbz xtreme ap35n0890 from sri varalaxmi motors pvt ltd in d.no :8-32, v.t agraharam, vizianagaramon 19-9-2011.
My extended warrenty starts from 19-09-2014 and expires on 18-09-16 i still continued all my services from time to time in the same showroom, but your superwisers not even filled extrawarrenty book. My bike comes bore from last 9months. But in your staff no reminds about extended warrenty of my bike. Even though they ask about extended warrenty book at the time of paid service i may remember about extended warrenty
Let me know solution for this problem because of your staff negligence i was lossed my right of bore servicing to my bike. I too agree that i made a mistake to found the warrenty period but at the same time it wasresponsibility of your staff to remember the warrenty to every customer. But no one do the same in the particular store.
Because i belive hero motors and purchased but within 4yr’s it comes to bore that shame to your brand also, so kindly slove the problem favoring me. Otherwise i will approach you through customer court

1st i buyied yureka a0 5510 from snapdeal they delivered me a defective piece screen not working properly then i go for replacement after replacement agin they send a defective piece with scratch in it and without any charger and earphones ..i called the customre care they said me they will pick up the phone in 2 days but after yet it is not picked up and and at last they are saying your case is closed we cannot do anything… order number 19722018003
