Scam or fraud: Community matrimony refused to renew the plan

Last year in I bought a Till-U-Marry plan from Sonarmatrimony wing of community matrimony on 18-April-2015 (12 months plan). The plan was worth Rs8999 and I was promised that I need to pay Rs999 to renew the plan next year. I was also promised that I’ll get 2 add ons with the plans. I (Astro match & profile highlighter). I called them during Diwali and asked for add ons and they completely refused to give any add ons. Just a week before (11-April-2015) the plan was about to expire I called them again to get it renewed then they said you can do it within 30 days you have time. I called after 30 days and then they said it is not Rs999 I need to pay Rs5999 to renew. For a month I kept trying to make them understand and they never listened. Instead they were disrespectful and started playing with me. I would get calls and was told you ha 12 matches on your profile please renew it as soon as possible.

Issues:

– I was never sent a bill/Invoice/payslip after my purchase

– I spoke to someone from Hyderabad head office yesterday and he said last year we promised some customers to get renewal at Rs999 and the executive should have sent an email regarding what was promised. I never received any email to confirm what will be the renewal price & add ons.

– They always say the person who said this is not with us anymore. There should be some shame. As an organization you should be responsible for what is said by any employee of yours.

Expectation:

– I want to reopen the case and let me know why was i not given the bill. Why I never got the ad ons. If it was promised why can it not be renewed in Rs999. I want to get the plan renewed in Rs999. It is now delayed because of their mistake so don’t tell the time is passed. It was your mistake. Forward all the emails with bills promises made as they say now that for sure it would be sent.

I have identified why it happens. This organization has a thrid class contact center which doesn’t store any information about the customer from previous discussion and whoever picks up the call has no idea what is going on with the customer

Scam or fraud: Airtel money mpin reset and account blocked

I use Airtel money to pay my bill and I forget mpin required for this. I tried contacting their call centre they weren’t able to help and my account is blocked now. They asked me to send an email I sent email and was told that I will get a reply in 24 hrs. But so far after 24 hrs I didn’t get any reply. My money is stuck and couldn’t pay my bill.

All I need from them is some good customer service which will help me reset mpin and start using the service again. Just reset should not take this long.

Sir I have booked a 2BHK flat in Samiah builders at Rudrapur (Uttrakhand) in December, 2012, and have paid about 8 Lakh to the builders and installments are being paid to the Bank regularly. Till now, no response has been given by the builders and no allotment/refund of money has been given by the builders. Several times I contacted to the builder’s management at the site but they are very uncertain about the completion of the project and delivery/possession of flat to me. I am lower grade central government employee and facing financial crunch due to non-completion of the project timely by the builder. Pl help in the matter keeping in view of my hardships.

Dear Sir,

Recently, for our business needs we have purchased Mahindra Jeeto from Sahyadri Mototrs near Baner, Pune. From the first day itself our experience with dealer executive was not good. But, we still preferred this showroom as it’s near to our office. Vehicle is registered under Ghanashyam Enterprises, Talegaon.

After making false promises about delivery finally we received vehicle last week (3’rd week of Nov.). It came with no registration number, no documents. Only good part is it’s delivered to our home by dealer people. To mention, we have processed loan from Mahindra finance to ease the process rapidly which unfortunately didn’t work. Which is surprising.

We found that breaks are not working properly hence complained and requested to fix it. I am not sure how to drive a vehicle without a document and breaks till this above said showroom. But, no one visited from dealer to fix it in time.

Now, vehicle is stand alone mode. We can’t use due to lake of service, unavailability of documents. And, we are passing through mental stress for no mistake.

If problem can’t be fixed and dealer can’t provide a good service to us what we suppose to do?

I have booked some parcel through the amazon as per ur sms yesterday suppose to deliver but suddenly I have got the sms saying that Delivery of your order from Amazon with Blue Dart Awb# 79061676013 was unsuccessful due to address related issues. To reschedule, please call 1860 233 1234 from 9am-9pm Mon-Sat.
But on the Same day ur delivery person reached twice to the Same address
Which is mentioned on the shipping address on thr parcel why he is not able to deliver the parcel i dint understand when i called blue local incharge he said it will deliver from last two days he is saying same
It is very poor service from the blue dart they Are behaving like some thing else poor response from the blue dart
