My mobile model is moto g2 . Resently i have a problem in front camera . At first it gives a doted screen and then it becomes blank. But now front camera option is invisible in my mobile. So now i con’t able to use the front camara in my mobile. What can i do to get back the front camera option .please give me some solution for this.I need the front camera back.

i have purchased this asus phone 09 months before. from the very first day i am facing the problem with the sound system (incoming calls). i have already contact with Asus service center meerut 2-3 times but they refused to solve my problem. Then i talk with customer care about my problem but they also denied. i have talked with the customer care 3-4 times.
i shall be highly thankful to you if you will solve my problem. because its very difficult to hear voice of incoming call. phone is having hanging problem as well. please sort out my complaint.

Cheating Customer VMC Developer i
VMC Developer के खिलाफ हमारी टीम ने जनता की हक्क के लिये, मुंबई-हाय कोर्ट में PIL जनहितयाचिका फ़ाइल करने जा रही है।
VMC Developer के खिलाफ लगातार जनता की शिकायत हमारी टीम को मिल रही है। हमने लगातार VMC के कार्यलय से सपंर्क करने के बाद भी हमे लगातार HR योगेश ने जनता के पैसे तुरन्त वापस करने का वादा करते रहे, लेकिन अगले तीन महीने से टाला जा रहा है। जनता का करोड़ो रूपये लेकर जमीन के नाम पर धोकाधड़ी करके वह सारा पैसा अपने दूसरे प्रोजेक्ट में लगाकर करोड़ो रूपये कमाकर VMC Developer आराम से बैठे है।

I am gautam ahuja. I purchased the product from flipkart (Jbl flip 2) for rs 4500. It is good product and was working fine. From last few days its was having charging problem and its was having battery isuue as well. So i decide to visit bangalore service centre. They saw the product and said its physical damage but seriously i don’t see any physical damage in that port so i decided to seek help from ma friend who is technician working in mnc (If needed ill give the detail of that person also he saw that product within few seconds he said there is no physical damage it is having some problem from inside.
It was horrible to know that service centre people were wrong they denied giving service for the product which is under warranty.
Not expected from jbl i mailed them thrice with this issue of product and behavioural issue the employee of that service centre were having
I need the help if i have to talk to higher authorities also i will like to question them.

Money deducted from my account but recharge was not done:
On 26th Nov. 2016 I did a transaction of Rs. 50 from Tapzo mobile application but unfortunately the application showed that transaction was failed, upon writing to customer care, on 23rd Nov. 2016 they assured that the money will be refunded to my wallet in 48 hours.
I have not yet received money in my wallet, upon following up they have stopped replying me on my emails.
Even their customer care number is always found busy.
I want to get my refund in full and the way these new start ups are harassing the customers should not at all tolerated.
Please look into the issue ASAP.

I bought kindle and one assist from amazon on 4th Sept., 2016. Due to chinesse language I am not able to use kindle and I am also not able to activate the one assist software. Temporarily I lost interest due to language problem. I also do not know that I should activate the one assist within a month. Now on trying to activate the same it says I have to contact you and hence this email to you. Kindly advice me how to use the software one assist now. Will you send me a new activation code? Hi I am Rajendra Sahu from pune.This mail is regarding an incident that happened to me after placing an order request you. that time payment made success but the system cancel the order on 25th sep 2016. but till time i did not got my refund amount arround rupees 500. when i called to customer care they continuously told me within 2-3 working days, you will got your refund amount in your bank account. but still not happen.

I own a Lenovo laptop which is 1+ year old and the laptop was functioning fine before 2 weeks. I rarely use my laptop and I got extended warranty for it. But suddenly before 2 weeks when I turned ON my laptop, the display is flickering and totally not working. When I approached the service center, they told me that the screen is damaged internally even though there is no external physical damage in the display glass and they said it will not be covered under warranty.
If a display can get damaged even there is no damage on the external glass, what a low quality display is being provided to the customers by Lenovo.
I want Lenovo to replace my display with a good one under warranty.
If any other details required please let me know.
