Scam or fraud: Bigbasket.com — Non delivery of items/misbehaviour of your personnel/wrong statement

I have ordered 8 items as under :

1. order no.BBO-18899905 281116 with a delivery slot as: 29-11-2016 530 to 730 pm.
2. order no. BBO-18899906 281116 with a delivery slot as: 28-11-2016 before 1010pm.

Payment made online. This is also to inform that I stay at Ahmedabad and my family is at Bangalore. Hence, I order online with an instructions to deliver at Bangalore/Ahmedabad. Off late lot of problems noticed from your service personnel/boys. For this delivery till today at 815pm neither i have received express delivery items nor normal delivery items. After going through lot of mental harrassement and hasselful behaviour of your personnel and customer care personnel, I got two items against order 1889905-281116 ( BB royal organis ajwain 100 gm and catch ginger power – 2 packet at 830PM. Balance till now not received.

In order to have hassel free purchases, we go for BB. But it turned out to be horrified. Your delivery people are really harassing us by asking again and again address. You people should know that I am a regular customer for the past 1-2 years. Why this kind of locating the address that too after providing detailed address with pin code is provided? This problem I never faced for the ordered placed at Ahmedabad. If this being the attitude of BB why the hell you people are asking delivery address. Instead you can take our mobile no. and ask for the route. This is really ridiculous. Pl. advise your people else change your policy or staff if needed rather than harassing customer. The very purpose of customer support by your personnel is defeated. During the conversation overphone by my son, your customer care people are talking rot and screaming about us thinking that my son doesn’t know Kannada language. If required you may check the recording of the conversation your people had with us today between 8.15 pm onwards.

Again today I have received a mail stating that against order No.1889906 products delivered which is wrong. Pl. investigate your personnel and arrange to refund the amount. I got only 1889905 delivery. Check tele conversation between my son and BB rep of yesterday and arrange tor refund Rs.718/- urgently. If I got the items against order, where is the acknowledgement signed by me. It should be with your personnel. Pl. check and provide hassel free services and arrange tor refund the amount of rs.718/- urgently.

First there was a bus numbered 712 ltd it had the highway route from magathane depo towards miraroad station the route has been changed from dahisar bus station to laxmipark. i and many college students of Nirmala Memorial Foundation College Find it difficult to get back home due to only 1 bus available that is 710 ltd . i request you on behalf of many students of the Nirmala college to change 712 ltd Bus route back to the Highway route from Magathane depo towards miraroad station.
the route was able to help the students like me to reach on time to college during exams.

I kindly request you to change the route to the previous one from magathane depo towards miraroad station of 712 ltd. thank you.

Hi All,

This is going to be the very long post so spend few minutes if you really want to save your money and most importantly time, and you can see multiple true negative reviews on the in different website.

Please don’t believe the so called Fiber Internet provider “NetFire”.

I have very long store since 2014 with them, where they cheated most of the people, went bankrupt. They even tried to loot money from me. Unfortunately I wanted to visited their office to make payment, they denied and stop responding my calls. And I have left the review for the same in many other forums.

Again, they have relaunched the business with same name and same stupid domain, they don’t even know how worst their brand name is, I am sure that CTO of the person so called “Arun” is stupid enough suggest the same.

I bought asus zenfone max(FOR WHICH I HAD TO SUFFER AND REGISTERED COMPLAINT ABOVE) under an offer which was pinnaclz vr hearset for free. After recieving asus zenfone I had recieved a redemption code so that I can avail offer and I redeemed it before 25th oct 2016. But the courier company failed to deliver it to the address. On asking customer care executive replied that it is far from their office and I tried contacting JV express courier company located in Dwarka which is not so far from the delivery address(cyber city, Gurgaon), I had already recieved many products from snapdeal on the same address. JV express number was always busy, so could never reach them and they never tried calling me up. I was assured by snapdeal customer care that it will be delivered to me on the same address. Inspite of delivering they returned to snapdeal without contacting me. Now snapdeal says the redemption coupon got expired so we can’t reissue. But I bought asus zenfone max because i had to avail this product for free.
I want that freebie which costs Rs 500 as its my right. Kindly take a valid action so that I can develop faith here.

Hi Team

I had an IDEA connection number 8130141301. I had a plan of 999 which gave me 50 packs which I had used for data and voice. In month of June I changed my packs which I was told could be adjusted. However inspite of only using 6 gb of provided limit of 7 gb I was charged 16000 as outstanding. Next month my connection was closed. I am okay to pay 2 months bill which is legitimate.

I am getting calls from collections who are threatening to abuse my family members and are calling all numbers on my contact list repeatedly.

Please look into this as I am forced next to go legal.

So i was one of those unlucky ones who fell for their YouTube videos. Impressed with the videos, and too lazy to do some internet research, i paid a heavy price. About four weeks ago i went there to inquire about the procedure, and a young lady explained it to me showing few sample wigs which they call “hair systems”. Synthetic and natural hair ones apparently. She said the prices start from 25k upto 35k. Looking at those wigs, the prices felt way too expensive. I was not sure about spending that amount of money, but she was successful convincing me anyway. Perhaps my frustration played a part too. They also make you sign a paper which says “if anything goes wrong, the company cannot be held responsible”.
I went ahead and paid them in cash as they asked, and waited for their “technician” to attend me. What they put one me didn’t really look all that natural and impressive as it looked in their videos. Upon asking, they said the ones in the videos are more “expensive ones”. I don’t know what that means.
The worst part is, their “hair system” starts to stink bad, and the hairs started to fall off. I’m arguing with them since then to get my money back, but they are rude and put the blame on me. I don’t know what to do. Please stay away from them.

Hello, I am Shilpa Mintri. I had ordered online from Tata Cliq. My tracking number is 59553192646. It is COD. yesterday I was not available at my home and so I requested Blue Dart Services to kindly deliver it to me by today I.e. 30th Nov 2016. When I tired to contact them they were ignoring my calls. On a final note when they received my call they spoke to me very rudely and told me they will deliver it tomorrow
