I sent my application for PAN card along with documents a week ago to their . The status of my application online still reads document not received. I tried calling them regarding the problem but none of their 4 numbers connect.Neither have I got any reply to my complaint mail. I have tried everything short of marching in there with my application. I am worried that this just might be a scam. Is this the official government body for PAN or just another agent service? Please help.

I am a premium member of Oyo rooms. I used to book hotel rooms almost once in a month and my experience with Oyo has been good. But today I am facing one issue with the Oyo app. I have cancelled one of my booking for tomorrow, i.e 3rd dec 2016 to 4th dec 2016 with booking id BPWK0579, before 12pm as i am very well aware about Oyo cancellation policy. But due to some technical issues, my app or server has been showing my cancellation time after 12 pm. This must be due to server glitches or bugs that my time got updated later at oyo side.OYO deducted Rs1308 from my amount. This is unfair, Oyo should refund my money.

Complaint Details:
Today on 02.12.2016 I alongwith my wife went at SBI Pernem branch in order to submit the sanction order of Laadli Laxmi Scheme. while submitting letter staff who was on second counter told me to tell Bank account number for which we told him that we did not remember the bank account number for which he started to behave rudely and refused to tell the Bank account. he also told that they will not sanction the same.

They people intentionally not print our name means is it fraud ? YES if they want to really give us then at first time they print our name on that. Secondly on mail also not give us proper response . This is making full to people

Hi Sir/Madam,

During May 2016, I bought a topload washing machine from Vasanth & co, chennai. In which we are facing problem (Dryer not working) for the past 10 days.

After raising complaint an service engineer came to inspect and reported Rat bite, and claimed Rs.1500/- to fix the same, just after an minute discussing with some authorities he reduced the rates to Rs.400/-, and for Rs.400/- he can just fix the wire with insulation tape.

We denied the both saying the machine is still in warranty period.

The service engineer later updated Only the RAT bite issue, After this event for all the complaints raised, the update has been tagged and service request is closed with comment ” Customer not agreed for payment”

Kindly look into this issue and get this sought out ASAP.

I understand that Unitech Group owes money to Greater Noida Authorities but why are we consumers being penalised as the authorities are not registering our apartments. I bought this apartment with my hard earned money and paid a whopping 18lakhs as interest to HDFC Bank Ltd over a period of 8 years. I would like to register the property ASAP. Please help

Most of timer the show room executive told me will send after 1 weak, after 1 weak they are again told me please give the time approx 1 weak.

I had my consignment : v33975364 to be delivered to mankapur, i had posted this on sunday evening with paying extra for express service. extra as in 280 rs.which was supposed to be reached on wednessday. however, it did not reached on friday as well. on contacting the customer service they had forwarded my call to one of the managers named lalitha : she slammed the call on my face telling to contact from the place u had couriered and would be delivered on next wednessday.
i should have used indian speed post instead all this bullshit services. moreover, they dont have manners to talk. i wanted to file a complain against that lady.
