Scam or fraud: The Hindu — Non delivery

Complaint Details:
I have paid for one eyar subscription of the Hindu and the home dleivery ( address given below) was supposed to be starting from 1 Dec 2016. .In spite of lodging a complaint yeterday and speaking to your field staff several times, the paper was not delivered on 1st Dec as well as 2nd Dec 2016. I do not now whether it is going to be delivered on 3 Dec and subsequently.

What is the use of lodging the complaint with the Hindu? I only hear empty promises . No one is even responding properly . Does it not amount to cheating the public? I

I would like to withdraw my subscription .Please arrange to return the amount to the address given below? I may have to go to consumer Forum if I do not receive the amount by tomorrow

I have not used this connection in the last two months. However, to my shock, I am receiving mails that Rs.1700/- is due for payment. Please cancel the connection immediately.

Dear sir,

I have purchased samsung on7 mobile online through flipkart. But said product is not to the upto mark. I have made the online refund request through flipkart site. Technician of flipkart have visited for checking it. I have shown the problem of this mobile to him and given remark on his sheet. I have not hampered the mobile. It is fitting in all the terms and conditions of flipkart for refund.

But they are refusing to refund me back my money. Please look into the matter and register my complaint against flipkart for not refunding the money.

Scam or fraud: Blue Dart Express — Extremely poor service for airway bill number 14868085245

Hi,

My name is venugopal. I had sent a few documents from pune to mumbai on 1st dec 2016 with an urgent delivery option (Before 10:30 am) and paid inr 460 for it. The airway bill number was 14868085245. This was really urgent as it was for my visa processing for china visa under the urgent category for my travel next week.

I always thought blue dart was a trusted brand and would deliver my shipment without any hassles as i have done this kind of urgent delivery before as well.

However today i did not get any update/sms or call from blue dart about the delay in delivering my shipment. It was around 12 pm in the afternoon and i had to then go to the local blue dart centre here in hadapsar, pune from where i had sent the courier yesterday. The gentleman told me that his system was showing that the shipment reached mumbai at 9am itself and was out for delivery only at 10:22 am. Even then there was no signs of delivery till 12:50 pm.

I had to then call up the customer care number to track my shipment and get a status on my shipment. They took my contact number and mentioned that they would get back to me on the status. However till now i havent received a call back from them.

Eventually i had to find my own contacts in blue dart and get it delivered urgently to my party in mumbai which happened at 12:50 pm which is well above 2 hrs delay as per the time promised to me (10:30 am).

What was even more shocking was i received a message from blue dart at 1:20 pm that my shipment was delivered at 10:30 am. This is a serious mishap and a blatant lie from a brand and a trusted shipment partner and can face serious consequences under the court of law if i file a complaint.

Now because of this delay, i had missed out on a day for filing my visa and would have to do it only on monday because the consulate office is closed on the weekend.

I expect a call or at least an email from blue dart to rectify this mishap and refund me my entire money which i had paid for the urgent delivery. Otherwise i dont mind filing a cheating case on the company to have sent me wrong information on sms about the delivery.

Scam or fraud: Airtel — Regarding excessive data charges

Dear sir/ma’am,

Hope you doing good. We have been charged excessively for data and none of our plans are as per what was offered to us. This is the issue faced in every bill we have received after joining airtel.

Rental plan :rs. 399 l2

I understood the capping mechanism airtel has. But for plans with rs. 299 and 399 we have been offered l2 plan by front line dsa in andheri, mumbai. I also have written mail confirmation from them. Refer below screenshot. We only ported from reliance under this condition because we had similar plan in reliance. Pertaining to negligence and bill value from airtel sides, i might have to port all my connections to reliance again.
Attached is my this month’s bill copy. It has all the numbers we are using and numbers charges against those numbers we have been charged extra in previous month also. Would request you to waiver all the unnecessary data charges levied on us until now.
Would request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action.

Scam or fraud: Pizza Hut India — Payment refund issues

On 26th november, i placed an order on pizza hut’s website and paid via mvisa. The money was deducted from my account promptly, but the order did not go through for reasons i don’t know. However, there was no indication on the website, or via text, whether the order was successful or had failed.

After waiting for close to an hour for the order dispatch default time, i contacted pizza hut on 080 3988 3988 to find out when i would be receiving my order, when i was informed that due to technical issues the order did not go through, and that the money would be refunded back to me. The customer care exec told me that the refund instruction would be given and that i would receive a follow up call to confirm the same. I would point out that on that date, the payment was showing against my account in pizza hut’s records.

Subsequently, i did not hear from pizza hut, so i contacted them yet again on 30th nov, 2016, when shockingly the payment no longer showed against my account, and i was advised that i would have to request my bank to return the money to my account. I pointed out then itself that the bank would not listen to me, and that the instruction would have to come from pizza hut. He assured me that they would do that, and that i would receive a call soon.

Yet again, i did not hear from pizza hut for 2 days, and this was starting to get unnecessarily annoying and tedious. I called them a third time and informed them that my bank advised me that they would act only on instructions from pizza hut. The customer care exec (A sanjeet) informed me that i would be receiving a call within 5 minutes of my call from the customer care exec’s supervisor.

I am yet to receive a call. I have also left multiple complaints on their website (Complaint no. 49579), and the website then claims that i shall receive a mail addressing my concerns, but i have not even received a mail confirming receipt of complaint.

I have never seen such pathetic customer care. This is to reach out to people in pizza hut to rectify this mess asap, as their customer care execs seem to be ill-equipped to handle payment issues and clearly the feedback system on their website is just a sham.

Scam or fraud: excel service — Fraud company

A company called excel service which is run by mr. alok yadav and mr. sandeep gupta at shop no.14, jagerdev yadav chawl, opp amba bhavan, kasturba road no.7, borivali east mumbai-66
Has duped me with 2lacs by promising me to add me as a pertner of the company, they have used my name and documents to finance 2 lac from bajaj finance durable loan through their source from borivali.

After they received the money for 2 months it was smooth and was told me that soon the company will have my name on it, but 25 days back they removed me from the company by saying they have changed their minds, the people with whome i have been dealing happens to be my friends from past 6 to 8 years, when i asked them about the money they said they wont pay you can do whatever you want.

From past 4 months i am paying the emi for the loan and the monthly amount is around 13k.

I had ordered pizza from domino’s on date 19 nov 2016 from sec 35 chandigarh..1267 rs was debit from my account… My oder no. Was 115.. I cancelled my order due to incorrect address updated by app… But i haven’t received the refund yet… I already 3 times updated query.. Only once i received response with a positive commitment but its not fulfilled… I need my money refund as soon as possible
