Complaint Details:
I had applied for credit card like 2 months ago. Recently, 15-20 days ago i received the message saying that the credit card pin has been sent through speed post. I received my credit card after few days. Now i have credit card and no password to use it. And credit card is not showing up the online ICICI bank page.
I have sent this same complaint 3 times over ICICI complaint portal. I haven’t been contacted back with any solutions or I haven’t even received the acknowledgement for the complaint.
Very poor customer care service. Looks like before these people respond to my complaint, I can receive new credit card from other banks!!!

I am an HDFC BANK customer, my a/c no is “50100092135748” on 05/12/2016 RS-690 is deducted twice from my a/c for AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS for OCT2016 and NOV2016. My account was salary account, suddenly it gets change into saving account with some min balance limit, without any Intimation from bank. Now when i deposit some money in my account. they deducted 1380 rs for two months. without any confirmation and call how can someone take my money. and second thing its a bank mistake they must inform me that your acoount is now become salary account please maintain balance. please refund my whole money into my account.

Hi,
I have tried recharging my Digital TV account which failed multiple times in Novemeber. I contacted Hathway about failed payments and they said it would be refunded . I contacted them again after 20 days providing proof of credit card statement showing that payments were not refunded and they stopped responding. After multiple complaints they keep closing my complaint saying refund has been initiated but they stop responding after i provide them proof that the refund was not received. I have escalated to nodal officer who is also not responsive. I doubt if there is a nodal team available for Digital TV division of Hathway.

They are theft electric from direct pole since 2000 but not action taken from your office. If 1 or 2 time action taken from your office, the party again and again wire attached to the pole because no meter at home but big problem of wire attached to pole because many time 1 wire attached to upper wire and 2 wire touched to earth so big losses for people or child please save our life and protect agains excidental case and stop theft electricity.
