Scam or fraud: ICICI Bank — Regarding fraudulent payment made from my account

Hi,

This is regarding a fraud payment made yesterday from my account.

I tried reaching their support team for around 20 minutes on 3rd Dec 16 but was not able to connect.

Finally after waiting in que of 25 people Mr. Karthik addressed my issue but rather than giving me a solution this guy disconnected the call.

Worst exp i ever had with ICICI Bank.

Again i tried waited in que of 37 people and after 10 minutes i got connected to Mr. Sujeet he addresed the issue putted me on hold again for 10 more minutes and then suggested me to get my card blocked.

I did the same & he told me that i will get the refund ASAP but till now nothing has happend neither any call nor any reference number from your end.

Card has already been blocked and i tried reaching the customer care team through mails on Monday but there was no revert from anyone from their end.
I marked a mail to Mr. Subhendu Tripathy, Head – Phone Banking but no response.
Today i marked mail to Mr. Saurabh Singh, Senior General Manager and Head – Customer Service but again no response.

TOday afternoon i contacted support team again & spoke to someone name Ms. Ayushi and she told me that they have processed the request & it will be credited into my account in next 2 days.
I requested her to take a request for re-issuance of my debit card she told me that request has been taken.

after 4 hours i have recieved a call from ICICI Bank hyderabad office stating that their is no request for the re-issuance of the card also they dont have any update about the Refund & it will take more time to check & they ll see what they can do.

Inspite the fact i am waiting for the solution they are just stretching the things and nobody is responding with a solution.

Help to proceed with a firm decision against the company.

Scam or fraud: Kenia Enterprises — Illegal Commercial Working Space Inside A Car Parking Garage

This Company was formed on residential garage property land. It was made illegally, without any prior consent to government. This company doesn’t even have government approval to run a commercial office inside this garage. They have been doing this since couple of years now. It is illegally to create a commercial working space inside a garage, on a residential property land, as per Indian Constitution. Hope, government takes serious action on all these illegal companies and benami properties.

I get defected product which i had return and I am eligible for refund as they are saying to me. But it is more than a month I did not receive my refund. Everytime I mail them asking about my refund they send same reply saying that they can definitely go ahead to initiate a refund and they are processing my refund. But I did not receive my refund until now.

I got my two orders booked on 30 oct, 16 of vlcc products (face packs) but i received only face pack products not free gifts .No free gifts in both the orders were given.I made complaint but no action has been taken yet.Again I tried to make contact but no complaint has been registered regarding free gifts .If no action is taken immediately I will write this incident on Face book .Or again I will get new orders booked and after receiving them, no payment will be paid to the courier boy.

Is there a minimum threshold for card payment? Today I purchased an item worth ?25 and having seen the previous customer with a problem to pay with new ?2000, offered myself to pay by card (as I too had struggled in a bank only to get new ?2000 note). The store manager was reluctant to take the card and said that Reliance fresh has a policy to take card payments for ?100 and above. Is it true? Upon argument, he accepted the card warning me not to use card again!

Hi Team, I have few issues request you to address on Account# 101001843370

1) 1) I was told/ informed at the time of taking connection that there will not be any re-connection charges. But after taking connection, invoice was sent to me with Rs. 316/- as a part of re-connection charges. Why are we making false commitments to gain the customer/ business? I called the customer case on 1st of Dec and I was informed that the charges will be waived of. But till today there is no action taken on this.

2) I have been facing disconnecting issues very often, and I have raised a ticket 10124502183 on 5th Dec’ 16 as the internet was not working. On 6th of Dec I got an update that the issue is resolved and the ticket is closed, however the issues is still persists. I was not happy with the kind service. How can a company like ACT fiber net can flase information ? I need to know who worked on this request and what work has been carried out? how the ticket is closed

3) I have raised another ticket 10124509004 for cancellation of the connection and repayment of remaining money with utmost integrity.

Complaint: At the time of boarding, I was told that my luggage is not allowed since it contains few dry coconuts. I told them that I shall go and remove all those.But, they told I shall miss this flight and I have take another flight as per availability and pay the difference fee or else give an authorization letter at Delhi airport for Indigo to open my baggage and resent the baggage. But flight left bengaluru by 10.30 PM. I did the same and gave authorization letter on the same day immediately after reaching delhi.They assured me that I shall receive a call from their end. I have not received any call from them.They also gave me one mobile no. to contat i.e.9599921824, itried many times but no response. On 5-12-16, by 8.00 PM, I gave a complaint with customer care no.9212783838, they told me that they are going to contact me within 24 hours. I have kept few eatables prepared by my mother. If it is not reached in time every thing gets spoiled.
Please take action at the earliest.
