I purchased a set of Brass Jug & 6 nos. brass Glass on 30th July and delivery date was 11th August, 2018. Suddenly 4th August, 2018, 2.43 p.m delivery man call me.Unfortunately i can not receive the phone call due to unavoidable circumstances. After few minutes i call back the number but i have no responses. After that i received message the item is delivered. But nobody does not received the item, besides i wrote the delivery address ” Except Saturday, Sunday & other holidays because the address is Office address. My order ID is [protected].

I want to register a formal complaint against Apollo pharmacy located diagonally opposite to the below address:
‘L&T South City Apartments, Arekere MICO Layout 2nd stage, Santrupthi Nagar, JP Nagar 7th Phase, Arekere, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076’ in regards to NOT Attending Customer while there were tons of them in the store completely ignoring me. As I called out them to provide me the medicines they kept ignoring me until I walk out of the store embarrassed and disappointed by this behavior of theirs. Kindly review this from your end and do consider this as a Strong feedback from a valued customer who’s been using your service for years.

I ordered SWIPE ELITE 4G Battery on 06/07/2018 but still the item was not shipped. Also unable to track or cancel the order. I paid charges extra for express delivery too.

Customer care numbers and emails are non-responsive. Already sent emails and complaints many times to cancel the order but no response.

This is my first experience with Jaxtacart and worst online shopping website I’ve faced. Going to lodge complaint against the website if no response received within few days.

Already bought the Battery in direct store. So I want refund only not the product anymore. By reading the reviews of your websites it seems fake product website.

People new to this website beware before ordering.

Already raised complaint on 12th July but still issue not resolved. They just changed the order status as amount refunded before 10 days.

Expecting refund ASAP.

Complaint Details:
Mr Abhay Kumar, cashier of SBI anushakti rawatbhata (which is the Rajasthan Atomic Power station, plant site bhanch) (bank branch code no-10652) do not exhibit the decent behaviour while interacting with the visiting account holders (which are the employees of Rajasthan atomic power station, a central public sector enterprises). There are only three officials ( one manager, second cashier and third a female attendant). The bank official which is interacting with the account holder is the cashier, Mr Abhay Kumar. Since all the account holders are the employee of public sector company, so such behavior on the part of bank official is highly objectionable and embarrassing. There is need to train him in the interpersonal skills if not already provided or take the stringent actions if he takes such course of interaction deliberately.

So our NGO is helping this child for the survival as the parents of the kid they are very poor and not able to do anything for their kid
