Complaint Details:

I had ordered for a green & multi-coloured salwar suit product from Zipker on 14th of July 2018 and received a confirmation email from them. Order Id:[protected] and Transaction #:[protected], Total price: 999/-

I received a wrong product ( a blue and beige coloured material) on 16th and so sent a mail to them regarding the same. Their customer care number was not available at all so i tried repeatedly and raised complaint via email.

On 22nd they responded that the ticket is raised and they will respond. On 25th July, they sent a mail that the ticket is closed even though nothing was resolved and they dint contact me for anything. After that i tried to contact them again and again but still dint receive any response. Finally i raised a complaint now, because they did not respond and i could not return the product. My refund also is pending and its already August 8th today.

Today i booked ticket fro St Thomas Mount Railway station booking counter to Trichy.

after reaching home I noticed instead of 4 th I hv given date as 3.9.18., ( this also due to the another counter clerk’is mistake of not booking the tickets and simply watching mobile. whom I approached first, when I asked her why you are not booking for the person who is standing/ filling the form near the counter, she replied wait after that person only I can take your form like that time was morning 8.00 am, which disturbed my mind and I approached another counter No.3)

immediately I went and approached supervisor for date modification, who informed since the ticket was booked by using credit card it is not possible, you hv to cancel and re book the same.

1.If the modification of date is not possible for the tickets booking thr credit card why Railways / Govt, is encouraging for using the cards.

2, Is there any rule not to use cards for future modification of date. pl confirm,

3. Simply if it is the attitude of the supervisor / counter official due to more work involved and avoiding, please arrange to refund the amount what they charged. ie Rs.380/-

One I proache Apollo Pharmacy for purchaseing for some medicines, as use of Bypass surgery patient, like B.P., Diabeiatet, Thariod, Acosprin, Cholestral, ETC When I Request the above said Singaraiah while purchaing medicines to give offer as a governament employment giving my ID Number[protected],
But he said who was working as supervisor not giving proper answer and refused to give offer on purchasing on the medicines and also quareled and thiretend me saying go away from here and I have seen so many persons like U and his behaviour in displane on me.so pls take a action on him

we gave 15lakh Rupees for his company he was giving 5%(interest) on monthly basis after 2-3 months he stopped to pay the interest, we called him he dint received any calls from us, after we visit to his office then only we came to know, he is doing fraud for some peoples, we have lodged a complaint in police station, but still we have no idea about him

I AM holding the number [protected] post paid number, but although I am paying regular bills yet my phone no. services are ward and I am unable to make calls now I am interested to convert from post paid to pre paid I made a request on 25th July 2018 at Idea store Sanjay Place Agra but there the staff misguided me and asked to deposit more amount I deposited all amount and he said to me that you will receive a call within 3 days and than ur number will be convert from post paid to prepaid I received calls for two times and concerned executive told me to deposit 10 Rs more I asked them to adjust the same from my security but they denied I submitted 10 Rs via machine at Sanjay place I waited for the call again the concerned executive told me to deposit 20/- Rs again I went to Idea Store Sanjay Place Agra but still I am suffering getting no any response and even my bill for the month of July has been generated and excess and unused amount has been adjested . Hence I request you to concert my post paid connection to prepaid soon.

I booked reliance set of box in march, reliance confirmed to install in month of June but it’s now August they linger on to do commitment. they taken advance of rs 500 & now denying to return .Stop Fooling People you have collected crores of Rupees for DTH Connection
and not given a single connection as yet after almost 60 to 75 days of Booking
It seems this is another big Scam from a Reputed Company.

Govt of India Please confisicate passports of all Involved.

I have ordered (Order id# PPXCAGCXMQ) on 6th August 2018, pest repellent – ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.
Is there any ways to get refund? I have paid 480 for it however it seems only 20… Cheap product… They are cheating customers

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Please ask them to return my money

I had ordered cake for the birthday 5 aug 2018 and since i was aware that the place where i m living is outskirts so i checked online with indiacake online support to check availability they said they can delivery however i would have to pay extra for delivery which i did but on said date cake was not deliver and to my surprise i paid for butterscotch but they sent delivery next which 6 aug 2018 today and gave me simple cake which is way cheaper than what i have paid for please stop cheating customer like this my asking more money and not giving service and product.
