Not Delivered…When called they told cake is not yet made
I had ordered cake for my baby’s 1st birtday party. We decided to celebrate in orphanage.. So for the party lot of kids are there . For the kids I ordered a cake of baby animals, So that kids will enjoy and they will be happy. For my safety I asked the online customer agent that will u arrive at he locatiopn at correct time or not.. I even crosschecked with the pincode tooo. They promise they will. After that i given the details they only booked and they send the details. I got mail confirmation. message confirmation and i paid the amount too.
On the coming days they send me message that.. ur cake will be delivered between 11am to 5 pm.Everything went quite normal…

The kids were waiting ..guest were waiting, , , we the family, our friends our guests and my birthdya girl eveyone was waiting… But no…the cake is not delivered …time is too late kids needs to be back, , I just said the reasons like…cake will come now..its on the way…it will come in 5 min..but noo…cake doesnt come…when i called the agent they are saying the cake is not deliverable at that position …I become angry and i asked all are waiting, , then why cant u says this before..by seeing the little ones face i again called them and asked them to bring the cake at any major point then i will collect it …then they said for bringing We dont even made any cake…

You tell what should i tell to them?
i dont have any anser to the kids
Orphanage Authorities asked me are you playing any pranks to them?

We were insulted infront of the crowd…U cant even imagine the scene..We stand as big zero ..the curse o f the kids stil exist in my ears..
.it’s all happened of cheating company called ferns n petals…

If you cant deliver why are you said yes..why did u took the order… y did u take t money ..y did u sent message that it will be delivered…If you cant deliver then why cant u give message “sry cake cant be delivered atleast a 30min before..

After 3 days also no one had called us to say sorry for this mistake..and they simply kept our money tooo …

Hello,

I took ZoomCar Service from pune viman Nagar. I went to Hubli. I hired service for 3 days. We got stacked in Hubli for some reason. I called ZoomCar Customer care and i told them that i need one more day service. Shocking ! they said they don’t have felicity to extend service i have to pay 1000 per hour fine !!.

I droped car on fourth day. and they said I have to Pay 31, 000 INR AS fine. I am working in small company i don’t even have this much salary. I told them i can’t pay this huge amount for one day. bcz i already told them i have to extend service it’s not my problem that ZOom car don’t have extend service felicity.

I only have 3000 rupees that day. i told them i can pay only this. even one day charge is 1400.

But, people their behaving like goons. They told me you can’t go out of this compound without paying money.

they forcefully asked to sign on my cheuqe for leaving there. i don’t have any other option to leave there five people around me treating like criminal.

now am receiving Legal notice from some advacate to pay large amount. I don’t have even that much savings .. i am still ready to pay minimum late charge. but 31thousand for onday service is too much.

help me to resolve this issue. am not good in english. still tried maximum to explain.

This is with regards to the few challenges which I am facing with SBI bank I have the saving account with SBI bank, I think I should close the account with SBI due to the service and the response aim getting from branch Hiranandani Estate thane west.

First thing I don’t if this the email id actually belong to the general manger or not, or this is fake email.

? I have applied for the debit in month of oct 2016 via SBI online, The debit card arrived when I was not at home on 5th Nov 2016 when I have checked the nearby post office it was not available, Same day I went to branch that is Hiranandani Estate thane west the service manger is very disgusting and unprofessional she don’t have manner how to talk to the custmer also the lady called Priya, they don’t listen to the query and directly redirt to some one else. Aagin they have called me after one week and there was same issue.
? I have called Ravindra Gurav who located in the wagle estate SBI branch but not fruitful service I got. He inform me and also taken my name number and he inform me he will get back to me still no luck, again the fake promise to the customer.
? Details is been provided by Priyanka one of customer care office who help me with this request number for my debit card : complain : CP8888827010619 and the airway bill number AQ344656615IN, and inform me it will take 10 working days to resolve this issue.
? On the internet banking also some time it work some time it don’t work.
? I DON’T KNOW HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL TAKE FOR MY DEBIT CARD. AND HOW MANY CHALLENGES I NEED TO FACE TO GET MY DEBIT CARD PIN NUMBER LATER ON.

I am really unhappy with the service which I got from Hiranandani Estate thane west this people working here is really very unprofessional, I don’t on this email any action would be taken on those employee or not.

I will be waiting for the reply from GM..

If there will be no reply I will take this matter to consumer court on high level.

My father has been admitted in this hospital. No doubt doctor was good but experience with nursing staff as well as management staffs was horrible…
Before going hospital with patient, went alone and talk with management staffs in emergency, I clearly discussed, patient need to admit under one specific doctor, if they may able to admit under that doctor then only we may come with patient. That they agreed but at the time of admission they tried to convince us for admitting under other doctor.
At the time of admission they told patient will admit in hdu, 5th floor but admitted in hdu 2nd floor when I sought explanation they told in emergency patient’s condition was deteriorated due to that reason they admitted in better backup ward where bed charge will be increased only 1000. When I challenged and tried to talk with doctor then only came to know doe to bed availability they shifted our patient to other ward…this two are examples. Eveey day every time we felt that behaviour / serviced of management staffs as well as nursing staffs are very poor, unprofessional and unethical. They were cheating us…

I have registered with sulekha.com on JAN 2016 for the amount of 8000 per anum to provide business leads, for the past 11.5 months they have provided only 4 to 6 leads those are irrelevant leads( my business is in ongole (AP) But i have received leads form chennai, nellore & atmakur. )
when i contact with sulekha customer care they said no viewers in your area.
and also they promised to do develop the views, when there is no viewers why they have taken business from me, i have requested for money back.
please take necessary action to not to happen same scenario to others.

I got a call from Reliance call centre no.8287644397 was offered me for MNP. when i said that i am interested he forwarded the call to his senior person and he conformed the details.Same day i got call that reliance executive want to collect document for further process, i said ok and he came to me. His Name was JITENDRA (7503520708). he collected all documents along with mnp code and security deposit amount 1, 500/- rs. for 5 connections and issued a receipt having serial no.-8394 dated 30/11/16. the receipt is representing Channel Partner of Reliance communication named Great India Communication, Having address- 169/3, 2nd Floor, Govindpuri, New Delhi-19, E-mail ID- gic.reliance@gmail.com, contact no. 9555842675. But i have no update till now after daily followup & nobody get response from that side .

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have a Idea number 9323135641 which i ported from Reliance to Idea cellular. I am a senior citizen and a Ex-Indian Air force Pilot who has always paid his bills on time and never defaulted. My mobile bill has never exceeded 350 rupees even in roaming. However I received a bill from Idea for 17-Aug-2016 – 16-Sep-2016 the amount for which was rupees 2553.05. I am mentioning three entries which are fake and bogus charges made by Idea Cellular.

1. 16-Aug-16 Idea J&K 16:11:33 055365 Out 98:46 Rupees 891.00
2. 16-Aug-16 Idea J&K 16:11:50 055365 Out 98:28 Rupees 891.00
86. 11-Sep-16 Idea J&K 16:51:36 055181 Out 11:59 Rupees 108.00

As you can see the total for these charges is Rupees 1890.00. The first two entries make no sense how can I make a One hour Thirty Eight minute call in 17 seconds!!!. I complained to Idea Cellular regarding these charges. My complaint no CI74195361607, this complaint was closed by Idea Cellular without getting in touch with me. Now they have closed my number and me and my relatives are being harassed by Idea’s collection agency. I hope Idea Cellular has the decency to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I hope I as a Senior Citizen get justice and respite from unknown collection people harassing me and my relatives.

I tried to book a flight ticket from GOA to Chennai through MAKE MY TRIP website. At the process the amount is deducted from my card but haven’t received any ticket. I raised the compliant and they have send a mail saying that the amount will credit in my card before 06-12-2016. But till date the amount is not credit in my account. Any one know the consumer protection complaint registration kindly help me.
