Dear Team

this is to bring in you kind notice that I have submitted my docs in the yes bank bahadurgarh (Haryana) branch for the current account for the company name -A K M Airtech on 29 nov, 2016 . but till date no action had happened me continually following up for the same but no respond recived

Apart from that I have also submitted my KYC and a cheque of amount 50, 000 RS

Kindly help in resolving at the earliest

I am not very pleased with the customer support that Gazon has been providing lately.
I want to convey to you the problem we are facing is big and the responses we are receiving from your team are not at all sufficient.
We have recently shifted to elite 27 near bhumkar chowk and extended our internet plan to 10 mbps but the speed has vastly decreased to less than 1 mbps at night hours while at day the speeds are fine.
Could you please explain to me the reason for this vast differences and abnormalities in internet speed as your technicians are not able to resolve the issue here.
I hope that I do not have to draft another mail to your team else we will be left with no other option but to end our journey with Gazon here and carry on with other internet suppliers.

Payment made to marchant and retained by him for alteration on 16/08/2016 but product still not delivered by him inspite of visitig so many times and one product was damaged after first wash itbwas given to him for replacement but nothing has done, he had taken my 2 mobile no and said i will deliver it to u almost a month ago but no communication is still intiated by him till date my 1450 is blocked with him he is nit at all responding being a working i can visit him daily i am frusted n helpless
He misbehaves also please do needfull in this regard

Pls refer folio no PRE-5791-01-00372417. The membership has been expired on 17-02-2015. The maturity amount is 73080 for which I have received the cheque with 3 months next date (dated 12-05-2016). Hence I have requested to credit the funds earlier with required documents as suggested by Panvel office with cancelled cheque. The docs were submitted on 16-11-2015 (Acknowledgement is available with me), Till date the amount has not been credited in the account. Even the Pan card office has shut down.

Kindly check and confirm. Request you to credit the same in the account. Pls confirm in case you need any further details.

Air Pegasus airline flight was scheduled for 23-Dec-2016 from Bangalore to Goa.

On 30-Sep-2016, Air Pegasus cancelled it’s flight for the above trip.

Same day I have called cleartrip customer service and cancelled both the trip IDs.

Till now I have not received my refund.

By now two and half months completed and I have called several times the cleartrip customer service but the reply is “you will get your refund for sure”…but when? How long I should wait?

Please consider this issue on high priority and make all the necessary arrangements to process the refund at the earliest.
