Friends,
TATA SKY customer care and Nodal officers are well trained in giving rubbish
excuses.
I just got a call from nodal officer who first given excuse that warranty period is over and I have to pay 200 rupees.
Where as my connection is just 25 days i.e. I installed new connection on
14/11/2016.
After listing same he changed his track and started to give other reasons which he might have been taught by company..
Please don’t purchase TATA Sky.
