Scam or fraud: PayTM Mobile Solutions — Amount debited from Account but transaction has not happened

Complaint Details:
I did a recharge of Airtel prepaid from paytm on 8th Dec 2016 and order number is 2340684740 but it’s still reflecting the message “waiting for operator confirmation” after calling your customer service the recorded female voice has clearly said this transaction has failed as i did not have the wallet amount, what service is this, no proper customer service not even the option to connect the customer person though I had made a recharge through net banking. Amount has been deducted from my HDFC account and still the recharge has not happened and since then same message is reflecting. I even called Airtel customer service they clearly saying they have not got any message from paytm. It is really strange that Paytm has no customer care number where customers can get to talk about their complaints with their executive though recorded voice asked to press button 9 to connect to customer service but after pressing 9 it says ‘Wrong number” . What service is this? I even mailed at care@Paytm.com related to my transaction but no response so far. I request for an early resolution of my complaint.

Dear Sir,

I have taken unfortunately MI Protect insurance from Oneassist while I am purchasing online MI phone from MI site.
I have a logged complaint and handover my mobile on September month end there is no valid response till date except we are processing ASAP.

Even there is no escalation process as well and we have to listen them and wait until they give us mobile.
Even I have requested return my handset for that also they are saying same reason we will process ASAP nothing more than that.

Through this complaint I would like to request is either give correct delivery date or return my mobile ASAP dont timepass with customer mobile like this and torture in the name of claim process for 2+ months.

Scam or fraud: Royal Enfield — Engine abnormal noise & Workshop Technicians reckless behaviour

Some abnormal noise was observed from the engine, when I went to the authorised workshop to solve this issue they ask to leave the bike as it was a time consuming process. For Three days the bike was there at the service station and every day when I use to visit there they use to say that it will take more time.
Finally on third day when I visit the work station they said that the bike is ready. But when I checked the bike the clutch was too loose/ free and was not in working condition. When I enquired about the same the mechanic said that the clutch wire needs replacement, which was perfectly fine at the time I submitted my bike with them. The manager then looked into and got the clutch wire replaced. The front number plate was also broken when I received my bike. During the time of delivery there was also no engine oil in the engine and they poured about 700ml engine oil in front of me. If this type of recklessness is there at the authorised service centre then I think I should prefer going to a local mechanic.

Recently bought panasonic eluga mk II. Specifications were very attractive but when phone received it was bundle of errors. Just want to return the phone but customer care executive are behaving like road side Chinese product vendors. Goods once sold cannot be returned. The manner they talk with customer is really disturbing. Now they have turned into ‘dada’ because the company thinks it is a online shopping giant now. Totally disappointed with flipkart in my shopping experience.

This is my 10 th complaint (4 times on email and 5 times over the phone so far) regarding the same product, which should ring an alarm bell at your office.
The reference number for my order that I placed on April 1, 2016 is MK149050cozy027
I cancelled my order on 7th August, 2016 and despite emails I haven’t got refund.
This is 9th December, 2016 which means I haven’t gotten the delivery or refund in 7 whole months, despite continuous requests, complaints.
Beware folks.
The only way out now is consumer court.

Hello Sir,

I am a user of Paytm.
I recharged for my metro card using this online digital platform(Paytm) for Rs. 300.
They deducted the money from my wallet but no money was credited into my metro card. I am a subscriber of Delhi Metro.

The order ID of the transaction (with Paytm) was 4181300629. They have credited a cashback of Rs. 30 that they were giving as an advantage into my Paytm Wallet but they have not yet recharged my metro card. Even after filing complaints on their online portal two times, they have not replied me yet.

I request you to look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
