I got msg on mobile no 2000rs from mobile no9540024410 day Thursday 8/12/2016 but my wallet not show balence. I might checking after 15 hours but balence in my wallet. What is this? Plus refund in my paytm wallet or sender wallet. I all paytm Customer service care no but not call to customers exutive, how can get my refund. Tell me about what a problem of my paytm.

I certified I Avirup das account holder of UBI..my account number is 0078010497497..on 7-12-2016 I did a transaction at noon near about 2pm of RS 1000 but as atm declined and shows error limit exceed so I failed to take the money but my UBI bank debited rs1000 from my account.. As per I failed to transact the money so I want my money refund in my account.. Pls do needful

Dear Sir,

It has been 15 days since i launched a complaint. Service executives have broken the Switchboard and the Internet speed is not for what i have been paying for. They are cheating users by promising 50 MBPS and the maximum speed will be 35 MBPS. I have been calling customer service every day, they have been rude to me and irresponsible. Last night one of the service executives called me at around 21:00 and he spoke very rudely. i don’t know whether i have to police station to launch the complaint or not. Request you to suggest and provide justice on the same.

My bike is not starting just after 1 month of service and thus I’m very sure that its a fault from the end of the bajaj technician – now they are asking me to take the bike at the service station – I would not be able to do that because it can damage the bike if I’ll tow it to the service station and they are not ready to send the technician although it clealry seems to be theri fault —I’m ready to pay extra if a bajaj technician can come to my home to check the bike and then if he want he can take my bike to the service station so that i can be sure that the bike is in safe hands and there wont be any warranty issues.

I had ordered for an unboxed Microsoft Lumia for Rs 4999/- They make a clear distinction explaining what unboxed is and what refurbished is. There was no mention of the phone being refurbished but when I received it I find it is a refurbished unit and the invoice clearly shows it. Snapdeal has no email id for complaints and their 24/7 customer care is another bogus as it just leads to one recorded message to another with no customer care executive. SO BEWARE OF BELIEVING THAT SNAP DEAL SAYS AS UNBOXED.

I’m Ola customer.. today I have started to add money in Ola Money.. In that why my adding my money was debited from MY KVB account 300Rs/- but it that money was not added in Ola MOney… Please refund my money.. I never ever expected from Ola.. Im a regular customer but as this issue came.. Really My interest for Ola was gone… If you people want me as a regular customer then as soon as possible refund my money.. Scam or fraud: Motorola Mobility — Moto g2 play store problem

I can’t download or update any app from play store. My net is working fine and can use chrome etc but play store is what creating a lot of trouble.
I can’t use some of the app as it says first update “google play services” but its not getting updated.
It doesn’t give an error message but shows downloading… and then finally stops!
Please help.

Scam or fraud: Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola share: incorrect match and abandoned midway

This was the worst experience with Ola.
For a journey that would have taken a maximum of 30 mins, I spent 2 hours and 30 minutes and got dropped off at some random location and was asked to book another cab.
The only response that your customer service personnel could give me was – “technical fault. book another cab from your app”.

I booked a cab at 7:00 PM from Ramanujam IT city and my drop location was Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur.
When I was picked up, there were already 3 passengers. The app on my mobile showed that passenger named Varsha will be dropped first and then I will get dropped. When we reached Varsha’s destination it was somewhere in Velachery. Driver said that the next drop was Arjunan which is Tambaram Sanatorium. That was atleast 18 Km from where we were at that time.
I called your customer care and after a 20 minute long phone call the only solution that you could give me was to get down and book and a new cab on my app.
I then booked another cab and the first passenger had to be dropped at Ramanujam IT city. So after traveling 2 hours i went back to the exact place from where i started.

So instead of traveling 4 Kms to thiruvanmiyur, I had to go to Velachery and get down at some location and book a new cab to reach home at 9:30 PM.

I had to pay 41 Rs for the first cab, 90 Rs for the second cab. Wasted my mobile call time of 20+ minutes.
I also wasted 2 and half hours of my time. Missed an appointment with the doctor and couldn’t make it home in time for an official meeting.

What if this was a female passenger or someone who didn’t know any of the places in Chennai or someone whose mobile internet didnt work ?
Do you ask passengers to get down at random locations and book a different cab themselves and not give any support ?

If you do not know how to connect routes please don’t operate such a service.

How is ola going to compensate me for the inconvenience, wasted time, cab charges, mobile charges and everything ???
