Dear Sir,
Maine aapki company ki ek car, jiska model Breza bitara zdi+ aur registration number UP93AV0888 h, ko date 12.08.2016 ko Gajiabaad ke ek showroom se kharidi thi.
Main date 04.12.2016 ko Jhansi se kanpur ja raha tha tabhi Orai se 19 km door Aata ke paas Jhansi – Kanpur highway par mere car ke belt toot gayi aur durghatna hote hote bachi. Is time mere saath meri family bhi thi aur shaam ka time tha. Kadak sardi hone ke reason se highway par kohra tha. Jab maine toll free par call kiya jiska complaint number 1062791 h, parantu mujhe 1.5 hour tak koi service nahi mili. 1.5 hour ke baad S.B. Motors, OPrai se mujhe call aaya aur unhone mujhe wapis 19 km orai me usi halat me mujhe bulaya. Jab main wapas orai, S.B. Motors par pahuncha to belt change karne ke liye S.B. Motors ne mujhse 860/- rs liye.
So main aapki company ki policy janna chahta hu ki belt 5000/km par kaise toot sakta h aur ek company ka belt ko kitne time par badla jata h. aur company dwara service kitne time par milti h.
Saath hi saath car kharidne ke 1 mahine baad se hi car ka sound system bhi kaam nahi kar raha h par mujhe is par bhi koi response nahi mile.
Mujhe khushi h ki S.B. Motors, Orai me Mr. Faheem ji ne mere saath cooperate kiya aur help karke meri car ahi karwai.
