My telephone bill amount Rs. 253 was deducted from my SBI account under id POS HU4955501177 BSNL POST on 8th December 2016. But it was not paid as it is showing pending in BSNL portal. Please return the amount. My landline no is (033)26801100.
I will be thankfull if you make necessary arrangement to return my amount Rs. 253.

Hi,

I have purchased Yamaha home theatre systems at Reliance Digital showroom which is located in Kolkata, chennai.
5th of Nov 16 purchased the product, in that product offered LYF flame 8 mobile phone, till now ( 9th Dec 16 ) I didn’t received the free mobile. Just blindly informing we will update you once the material received. If we visit the showroom act like anything, in front of me they will make numerous calls to the other branches but finally they informed me no stock.
They have a policy of billing the product not to the customer satisfaction.
It’s very poor response from department head as well as branch manager.

I don’t weather I will get the free mobile or not ? Big question from Reliance Digital.

My sincere advice to all of you pls don’t buy any products in Reliance Digital.

Scam or fraud: Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amt debited from bank a/C but recharge is not activated

Respected sir,

i made a online recharge from the site (freecharge.in). they deducted the balance from my bank account but not did a recharge. when i called them they are not attending properly.
Firstly I recharge of Rs 149 it’s transaction id is FCVA161209530221949
2nd recharge of Rs 100 & it’s Transaction Id is FCVA161209530756420
Both the time my bank account is debited but recharge plan is not activated.
Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Scam or fraud: Domino’s Pizza — False Transactions by Domino’s Pizza

Complaint Details:
Domino’s Pizza Mobile App deducted money from bank a/c or wallets but deny transaction. When complained with store, was told money will be refunded within 7 days but it did not happen.
Today again Rs. 495/- was deducted from my bank a/c & also another Rs.50/- from my Freecharge wallet.
The second transaction for a higher amount go through.
The first transaction was through Freecharge but Freecharge does not cause transactional problems since I made other payments through Freecharge. It is typically Dominos Pizza which causes problems and hoards money like this by deducting customers’ money twice or more.

Next call i received on 15/9/16 and demanded 5000 for proper response for job i paid it,

Then next day they called for 5000 rs for documents verification which ll be refunded after 48 hrs, i paid it

Then next day they called and said ur job is confirm you hav to pay 5000 rs for t job insurance. Which ll be refunded by company After 3 month

I have deposited cheque at Icici bank Manjalpur Branch on 7 December 2016 in morning around 10 am. Cheque was related to Punjab national Bank (PNB) of Rs 50000. The cheque got debited to PNB account on 8 December at 10 am but same was not credited to my savings account till 9 December till 8:20 pm.
I tried to call Branch but no one picked up the phone. I in from bank with online chat but no progress. In evening after branch close the customer care say please check at depositing branch. Normally it takes 2 working days (including date of deposit) to clear the Cheque. I had make my credit card payment and do online transfer to my family. Which I am not been able to do it.
In evening when i call customer care they cheque will be cleared by Tuesday.
This is example of very bad customer service on part of bank.

Subject : COMPLAINT FOR RECTIFICATION OF DEFECTIVE LED PANASONIC TV

Dear Madam,

1. This is with reference to LED PANASONIC TV, model No 42AS610d purchased from GIRIAS, INVESTMENT (P) LTD, BANGALORE vide their voucher No FS/BR/189 DT 31 MAY 2015 (cin us1395k19999ptc025042 by paying Rs 56500.00, this TV was purchased through Bajaj finance.

2. I had purchased a led panasonic tv from girias richmond road bangalore, and also got it insured ( extended warranty ) for the year 2016-17, In the month of September 2016 all of a sudden the speaker stopped working. We registered a complaint through Panasonic customer care and also through face book, it took a weeks time to send a mechnic. One individual from Bangalore Service Centre came and told that the speaker has gone out and it is chargeable and demanded
Rs 1800/- as service charge for mere coming and going, and I requested him to bring and replace it, he went back and did not respond again on repeated reminders another engineer was sent who inspected the tv and conveyed that the speaker is ok and the mother board has become defective, which may cost more than Rs 12000/- or more, I showed all the relevant papers and the insurance documents. For which he told that the insurance people will replace the defective parts and demanded Rs 1800.00 as charge, and again after a couple of days i received a message from the customer care stating that the speaker is ready and arrange for the payment. I desperately just conveyed the feedback given by their engineers, and requested to do the needful, the very next day they have sent a message stating that your request No 281 016198829h has been cancelled due to reasons customer not available/reachable.

3. Dear Madam, It is totally unfair on the part of your service staff to act in this manner, first off all we have spent such a huge amount the product becoming defective at such a short period I hope you will not appreciate, you might have seen the reviews placed by the customers on various social medias, it is almost cheating the customers. The insurance companies associated with the sales showrooms please the customers for taking extend insurance but they too don’t respond causing desperate inconvenience to the public.

4. In view of above, I sincerely request your good self to kindly look into the matter personally and solve the issues expeditiously. we customers sacrifices most of our needs and arrange money for purchasing such items relying on the brands for people like us Rs 60 to 70 thousands is a big amount, its being paid out of pension and hard earned money etc. But once the items are sold the company as well as the service sectors play with our emotions and they ignore the need of the customers etc, its almost more than 60 days. The television is kept ideal at home hoping that the company will l send the mechanic and get it repaired. But no positive response, . I hope the monitoring team will understand. . Like me their are many customers please take it serious and don’t disappoint us. My tele no is 9738471077.

HDFC Bank sent me a courier, waybill number 42996664266 which I needed urgently. Courier reached Calcutta Hub on 4th December, 2016. But they didn’t deliver it. As on 09.12.2016 asking them the reason for this, they said that the complete address is not mentioned on the packet and there is no contact number of the addressee also. But, I know my complete address was clearly mentioned on the packet. When I inquired about the reason for not delivering…

Last night(08-12-2016) I tried to order Infocus Bingo 21 Through Net-Banking From Flipkart. After entering every necessary details and submitted, Due to some reason(may be slow internet) I received transaction failed message. But actually my amount had already been deducted but still no items had been order. After a few minute I received a message stating that they have received a request for my order with Txn ID:TX207814754918957*** and are trying to confirm the payment. In case they are unable to confirm my order They promised to refund the entire amount.One day have passed But I continued to received like this message for 5 more times with out any refund. Please Help!!!
