As per my last complaint…you assured me that my product ( #1087634-boots) will be dispatched as soon as possible.its been 21 days today (the maximum days you told you will be taking). you replied to my last complaint on 6 December and u said its just been 15 days …and today its 11th December (1 week since then also).you never attend any calls as well. i told you that i need the product urgently for an event on 14th December.can i expect my product to be delivered now? kindly tell me the date on which i will be receiving it.this is the heights of carelessness now.i want my product before 14th December or i will seriously resort to legal actions.

A day before yesterday i.e 9th december 2016 i added RS 2000 in my paytm wallet after a while it show transition failed but the amount is already been debited from my bank account but still it isn’t reflecting in my paytm wallet and amount is not refunded yet .
Please make some appropriate action in order to resolve the problem.

Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Red MI note 3 32 GB 4G mobile delivered company faulty item

I ordered Red MI note 3 32gb mobile from snapdeal.com with order ID : 17005714101

While i received mobile and try to connect charger mobile can’t charge up even can’t connect charger. so i just file refund for this order on 8 december.

Next when i check my refund status was changed by snapdeal.com and it was something service engineer sheduled for my ordered item so i just call to snapdeal.com and inquire about my refund status so they replied that first service engineer will visit your place and check ordered item quality and report to snapdeal and then your refund will be processed and all process will be within 24 hours. so they asked me to wait for service engineer call.

But after finish their given time i didn’t get any update from them even whenever i tried to connect customer they just repeat their 24 hours time again and again.

Really it’s worst ever experience to online shopping with snapdeal.com because if i can’t get refund on time then i need to pay regular emi to bank because i paid through credit card EMI. so if they don’t process my request within their promised time then credit card will generate bill and i need to pay regular EMI.

When i call customer care today and request them to connect me with their seniors then they replied that our all are executives are so busy and they don’t have time to talk with you.

I’ve all recorded call with snapdeal.com they are just ignoring my request and not processing my refund. please help me to resolve issue.

I was trying to add Rs 3000 from my SBI savings account to Paytm wallet online through my debit card on 9-12-2016 at 5.30 PM. However, the amount got deducted my account but did not credited in my Paytm account.
The transaction message i got was: Thank you for using your SBI debit card 459XX6205 for a purchase worth Rs3000 on POS 113531341135313 at ONE97 COMMUNICATION LT txn# 634411060904.
Please expedite crediting the amount back to my SBI account.

I had applied an amount of rs. 10, 000 & additional RS.5, 000 in Talwalkars FD scheme in October 2013 in Borivali (West) branch. the tenure of the said fd scheme was 2 years. I had approached them for refund many times since Jan 2016, however till now no money has refunded, nor any staff of Talwalkars is entertaining in this matter. And now there’s a new gym opening at that place

I am holding the original fixed deposit receipt. HELP ME OUT IN MY REFUND AS IT IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

Scam or fraud: Zoom Car — Mental Harrasment

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Mohamed Hidayath from Bangalore. I had book car from zoom Car on 11Dec2016 8:30 AM from Elements Mall pick up station. I had to pick up my freind to Bangalure International airport. When I went there to pick up the car, I was told that the allotted car to me is blocked and I spoke to customer care and was told to pick up another car from Garuda Mall and when I went I was told there is no vehicle there and It was already very late for me. I was also asked to pickup another vehicle from Sada Halli, over there also there was no vehicle when I called. Then, I called up the call center and took a manager online and he asked for sometime and called back again at 11:00 AM. By that time I was already at the airport in my bike.

This was clear harassment case with Zoom car. I was travelling from morning to different pick up locations and got nothing.
