i purchased some products along with clothing of rs 4500 approx from big bazzar…now the clothing doesn’t fit in size and due to the mahabachat sale…the have packed the clothing with magnetic seal and haven’t removed it… unfortunately I lost my bill and now they want a bill to replace the item or yo remove the magnetic seal.

As per company, they ask to pay 5k, and remaining will be EMI so if you are not happy with service you can stop.
However they are deducted 50k at one time and now they are asking for EMI with bank.

I have done the transaction yesterday, and not used any of the service so refund can be done as per the law, however they are telling refund cannot be done.

I had booked SRM bus from Cochin to Chennai on 09.08.18 evening departure at 7:05 PM at Palarivottam, cochin. Please find the attached bus ticket. Before departure time i didn’t even received the SMS of bus number and driver contact details.
I called your operators at 7:15and reported bus as yet to come. The guy said due to traffic bus moving slowly and will reach 7:30pm. But bus not came 7:30pm I called again 7:40pm the same guy replied, sir bus will come 8PM. But this time also bus didn’t came i called him on 8:10 pm and asked him whether bus is scheduled or cancelled. The guy said bus is running today due to some issue its delay you be wait at boarding point. but nothing happen.

i received call from SRM travels guy at 8:30 pm and he said bus cancelled. I asked him have you arranged any alternative. He said no. Then i asked him after 8:15pm no buses from cochin to chennai, So how should i go. He simply saying “That is not my problem, i am informing bus is cancelled” and simply disconnected the call. Again i called the same number and asked him to do the alternative. But he kept the phone on table and not listen my words. I tried All SRM supports, but no body responded and the numbers which are given in website’s are not working and call forwarded.

Finally i stayed in Cochin and returned back next day by another bus.

In my life this is really bad experience. I didn’t expected this kind of service from SRM transport. Its looks like ordinary travel agent activity. Really i ashamed about this.

Futurecloud is one consulting company who called me and said they are located in Mumbai . They are very polite at the initial stage and also they will rush us to make payment.Sam is one of them who asks me to pay and register to the company for job opportunity.. Then after paying rs.5310 another lady by the name manavi from the same company calls and says i need to pay another rs. 12390 to complete the document verification from auth bridge… But before this Sam said all i have to do is just pay and register and they will get my interview scheduled at Continental automotive Pvt Ltd., Singapore… And the interview process is just a formality and they have a tie up with Continental automotive Pvt Ltd hr… Later when manavi called and said to pay for document verification stating that Continental automotive Pvt Ltd needs only verified employees… So i told her that 12390 is not affordable by me and hence asked for my refund of Rs.5310 which i paid to Sam for registration in future cloud.. She was blaming back to us saying we can’t pay unless you finish that registration and i asked her back why should i pay you if i am not interested and she keeps her phone and blocked my number. Dear People i strongly telling you dont make any payments not even any registration or bull ### things howsoever they rush you to pay.

I hv a join a private contest and overcharged i have send a mail also no response from them they are charging extra.

Brand ambassador of dream 11 is mahendra singh dhoni.

They always say its a fairplay they are making fraud by cheating people i have a video evidence also.

I ordered a bamboo tree for my friend birthday to surprise him. I make a delivery date as August 14, 2018 but they has delivered by August 13, 2018. I asked to customer care of Ferns N Petals, they didn’t respond as good. They have the 3 rd party for some products to deliver them. What is the use they run this to surprise for an occasion. They giving useless service.Very disappointed by their service.

I am disgusted and disappointed by Eureka Forbes Customer Care. If you visit their website you will find it is a very simple process to buy AMC online but in reality the story is much different and horrendous.

I have been calling, chatting and mailing various Aquaguard customer care numbers and email ids, but till date I am unable to do a simple task as registering myself online so that I can purchase the AMC.

They have various means to cheat the customers, will give one example – I want to buy new AMC for 1 year which costs 1960/- but I have to pay additional 465/- because its a new AMC. The trick is if you order online they will not charge you 465/- but will send one technician who will charge 465/- for simply visiting your home.

Can you please Eureka Forbes team explain me what ridiculous terms are these and why all these are not mentioned on your website?

Makemytrip India — amount deducted without getting any ticket booked

While booking a flight ticket from Trivandrum to Delhi (return ticket also) on July 3, 2018 an amount of Rs. 9855 got deducted from my bank account vide particulars MEDR/MAKEMYTRIP I/686008/ and no booking was made. On contacting MakeMyTrip, they told me to wait for 12 working days but I got no amount refunded. Then on 25 July they told me that the amount got stuck with the payment gateway and they have escalated the case to accounting team. Now almost 3 weeks have passed since 25 july but every time I contact MakeMyTrip, I get only one reply that they are awaiting response from payment gateway.

Please help me in having my amount back to my account.
