I bought redmi y1 lite from amazon online. They deliverd me within 3 days. But after one month i came to know they provided me diffrent IMEI no one Invoice. So that redmi service center cant accept my mobile for repair. I called 10 times but amazon india not responding to my emails. It is possible that they provided me stolen mobile with diffrent IMEI no. Please take a strong action against amazon so that it can not accept with other customer.

Dear Bata Complaint Resolution Team,

I have purchased the Bata products from Ashram Road Store – Ahmedabad for Rs. 2016.72 vide Invoice No. CM[protected] on 17/08/2018. As per the Bata Be Surprised offer I must be provided the Voucher of Rs. 500/-. But while I have asked to the cashier for that at the time of billing he has told me that for the payment via V Gift Voucher the assured gift voucher offer is not applicable and I have not provided the voucher for Rs. 500 in the lower portion of my invoice. However today dated[protected] I have Purchased a Shoes from Bata Bhavnagar Store vide Invoice No. CM[protected] worth bill amount of Rs. 2501/- and for that also I have made payment for Rs. 2000 by V Gift Vouchers I am having and rest Rs. 501/- I have paid via Debit card and for that I have received Rs. 500/- Gift Coupon code on lower of my Invoice. The Ashram Road Store Branch have given me the wrong Information and not provided my Gift Voucher of 500/- at that time with my Invoice hence I have to pay Rs. 501 for my purchase of 22/08/2018 vide Invoice No. CM[protected] as Rs. 2000/- already I have paid by the V Gift vouchers I was having. If I would have provided Rs. 500 Gift voucher for my purchased on 17/08/2018 for Invoice no. CM[protected], I can use it for my purchase of 22/08/2018 and I would not have to pay Rs. 500/- for this purchase. Hence I am complaining for BATA – Ashram Road, Ahmedabad store for not providing me the voucher of Rs. 500/- as per your current offer, Mislead/Miscommunicate/Wrong Information given to customer for which I am having loss of Rs. 500/- in my purchase of 22/08/2018 for Invoice no. CM[protected] which I want Refund from BATA at earliest.

Actually product i ordered. ( SANDISK 32GB memory card ) with order no OD[protected] was not delivered on 21 August 2018 but it’s showing it got delivered in my orders list . The delivery guy told he will drop the order to my neighbour yesterday but he didn’t deliver it. I got a message that he delivered it .but my neighbour didn’t receive the order . kindly look into this issue and try to send the SD CARD as soon as possible.thanking you .

Complaint Details:

I made a Purchase on Amazon using my HDFC card and i have given the details of Andhra bank for refund. They have initiated the Refund on 8/8/18 and i was told i would receive the money by 14/08/18. Todays date is 20/08/18 and i havent received the refund still. On contacting amazon regarding this they gave me a Refund Reference number[protected]. I also dropped a Mail to the Mail cbs-dcrs@andhrabank.co.in as said by the Customer support person regarding the same but i havent received any automated mail for confirmation which makes me doubtful

I placed my order one week ago, i received wrong size then i placed a return order to replace my size, again i received 37 on behalf of 38 .is this the service standard of Amazon ?..
its first time when i face this kind of issues, i trust on you guys thats y i shop with Amazon but this time its a pathetic experience i was faced, May i know when i receive my right size, i want it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE & be transparent with your customers please let me know do you have size or not please donot play this kind of clever games with us

I bought a sneakers from jabong.com having order no.[protected] cost 3041.92.i recieved this on 3rd augest 2018.as the quality is not up to mark.i raise a return for this product on same day (i.e.3rd augest) but their is’nt any response from the company till i loging this complaint my. return id is 67176958.please do something to sort this issue

This is paramjeet sonker, i paid 3.68 lac to veritas for a job in us on h1b visa. But i did not get anything. Now they people have been disappeared, there were bhupender singh, kanwaljeet kaur were two main person. Who frauded the money. And one person is simarjeev singh jolly in u.S. I ordered a white colour gown . But when i recieve my order their is not gown their is cheap quality sarees in the place of gown .it is not good for company to fraud like this . I want that gown not that sarees .kindly here my request . Please replace my order. Their is no contact number on invoice or any email. The payment of 852 is made by me. Kindly refund or replace my order.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Deonar Municipal Colony, Block F-7, Govandi Mumbai 400043 . Sir there is street dogs in this colony. Bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bitten to several people, problem especially small children & senior citizens. Like Postmen, Vegetable vendor, fish seller had a bad experience so they usually be cautious or do not enter. Especially at night this dogs just come running behind you and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.
