I have accept a project from DG services in which they provide 1500 forms which are to be completed in 10days. As per thier terms and conditions if the work is 100% accurate they would be deducting 4900 from the payment whch they gona pay us if we fail to submit the work 4900 is to b paid by us . In the demo work which they provide us the contents are veryyy clear but when we get to see the actual work after logging in it thing is totaly blur where cant evn idetify where there as single space inspite of that i have done my work with 100% accuracy comparing the dubts i had with the same font in whch the information is provided (ie., moto type corsiva) but the font using which the form is to be filled is diffrent but when evaluation is done they feed moto type corsiva font into the software and evaluate the work which would definitely give a result fail as two fonts are different this is all done because they dont have any intention to pay work the work whch is done. And they tell as a result is fail the client needs to pay a fine of rs.4900 they also send a legal notice from the advocate Mr M.M.patel who is going to charge extra 2700(which is not specified in the agreement) . IT IS TOTALLY A FRAUD COMPANY PLEASE DONT WORK FOR THEM AND WASTE UR TIME. “THE GOVT OF INDIA NEED TO APPOINTMENT A SEPARATE PANEL SO AS TO REVEAL FRAUDSTERS LIKE DG SERVICES AND OTHER ONLINE BPO COMPANIES.

On Sept. 11th i have raised a complaint on amount deducted from my account. I have got a reply that money will credited within 2 to 3 working days. But i didn’t receive the amount. Your team have given me a standard reply to check with the bank. I have checked with the bank and money is not received at my account and for them to investigate further they need the transaction reference number of the refund and the date on which refund is initiated.

I was travelling from hosaroad to chandapura. It was raining a lot. I was asked to get down by bus before chandapura flyover by the conductor. The conductor refused my request to go to chandapura stop. I even asked the conductor to provide his ID number but he refused to give and also warned me that he will throw me out of the bus if not got down. All this incident took place exactly at 6.53pm on 14/09/2018. The bus number is KA 01 FA 1894. please check the police CCTV which is in chandapura circle whether the bus is really gone to chandapura bus stop for your reference. As I’m a student I was travelling using my BMTC issued Year pass.

For the last five to six years I am facing the problem with my Landline . I suppose the men working at this Marcela centre are incapable and unqualified for the job
After Evey eight days I have to complain about the phone that it is not working. So much so that if you get the record of my complains I am sure you’ll can win Guinness book of world records for the no. Of complain registered.

I have received sms from HDFC bank that rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 12/09/2018 without my permission.. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.
