Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9471 without my concern on date:15/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don’t want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

I am trying to get my split ac repaired(within warranty) since 3 weeks, but no scope. Fed up of calling you guys. The only thing i get to hear is part us being ordered. No technician or senior member ever called me to update. The worst part is how come a PCB of a new AC is faulty ?? Don’t you guys do cold testing before selling products.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS…

Di you guys order parts from MARS ???

Disgusted. Faulty products n pathetic customer support.

Really pissed off. Let’s see u guys in court now..

I have transfer amount 4600 in my other bank account. Fund transfer failed but payment is deducted from my ICICI bank account. txn ref[protected]. Please help me as soon as possible.
If payment is successfull then what is the reason of my money not recived to me?
And please tell me how can I contact to icici bank custome care. whenever I call they ask me for service requset but without call how can I generate this.

I have ordered HE deo in which 2 bottle was ordered …I paid Rs425 but one bottle was empty completely …just now I took and opened then I saw that it’s empty .if I have paid such a big amount then don’t u think I should get my product …well payment has been done but product is empty from inside …it’s a HE deo …reply as as u can …otherwise I’ll complain and take some serious actions …

My phone is having problem since 4 to 6 months and I have visited to the motorola care centre multiple times to get resolved this issue.
But still I am facing the same issue.

My mobile warrenty is about to expire and they did not resolved my issue yet.

Please escalate my complaints so that I could get any resolution for my problem.

Have bought loafers (office shoes) from Aldo from Aldo Kurla Phoenix Market City store – Mumbai.

The shoe was bought in sale, though with the comfort given by the sales team that the shoes have life time warranty for stitches and glued areas.

Almost within a month the shoes started making squeaking noise while walking.

When I went back to the store the guys gave an explanation that most shoes make noise on marble floors etc.

I again went back after 2 days as the noise became very irritating and it sounded like small kids shoes making squeaking noise.

After lot of pursuance the store took the shoes for pasting with timeline of 2 weeks. (Repair note number 6974)

After 2 weeks I have called the store and made to be on hold for 10 mins !!! Only to hear that it will take another 1.5 weeks !!!

It takes 3.5 weeks to get the sole of a shoe pasted !!!

Got the shoes back finally but still the same issues.

Email to Aldo have not been responded, their website have numbers which are either not picked or are picked up by accounts department.

Absolutely disappointed with Aldo as a brand and with the Phoenix Market City store.

I expect some serious look into the product and service quality.

I Madhu Singhal R/O H NO : 362, Sector 21 A, complain about no water supply today and very erratic insufficient water supply to our House not enough for our basic living needs with hardly 30- 45 minutes of low pressure water suply sporadically. Recently there was in news that Water pump booster MCF supply workers in collaboration of some corrupt officers were selling water with Water Tankers to private water suppliers and builders, not supplying it to residents and public. Something wrong going on again? India is in many parts over flooded with water and we at 362 Sector 21A do not get enough water supply for the basic needs to live . Kindly help and restore water supply to our House immediately. Thank you .
