Respected sir,
Im living in a village where there are more than 7500+ peoples are using mobile phones with airtel sim connection. but we don’t have clear 3G and 2G network in our area. I have complained about the issue with ‘AIRTEL OPEN NETWORK’ even with ‘AIRTEL APPELLETE AUTHORITY’ but no one responding or giving proper solution to my problem.
Im complaining about the problem since last 6 months but my problem is still pending

My complaint ID is RNP170722067985 . I gave my phone to kadapa service centre for repair, they broke the back case of my nexus 5x .At the time of incident, there is no owner available in the service centre, the technician told that we cannot change the entire back case because it has lightly broken and that to by mistake not necessarily, if you want you can give complaint to manager. Then i reported it to manager, after that the technician has changed words and tells that he didn’t damaged the phone. Now whats should i do, please help me, i have a proof that 2 of my friends also came at that time of giving mobile to service centre.

The product displayed on site is classy (worth Rs. 1699) and the actual product sent is very cheap(might not cost more than Rs.150). I have returned the product immediately and they received it. I have asked for total refund as the product I received was totally wrong. But they refused to give me refund, instead a coupon for next time shopping. The quality of product is worst and no hope to get a better product as per other reviews too. I need all my money as refund ASAP

We have purchased this tv in 2015. In Apr 2017 there was a blank screen issue & a techician was sent from the vendor (Pai International -Kalyan nagar) he checked the same & said that a software has to be installed. Excatly 2 months later again there is the same issue. Trying to contact someone from Pai to get this checked & they say they dnt deal with toshiba anymore.

Request you to send some one to get this repaired & hope this does not repeat again.

Dear Idea Team,
I received my bill of duration 15 July to 24 August 2017 against my mob number 9630246099. The total bill is 2469 and it surprised me that it is the highest bill ever from Idia. Moreover, it is bill for 10 days and showing because of internet use (Prorated Overrage Charges).

I want to make it clear that i did not use the internet as much as bill is claiming and i think because i port out my number. I expect all professional behavior from Idea and it seems cheap to put the high bill in case of number is ported out.

I request you to see the issue.

Note: It is the rule that company never let ported the number if any pending till the date you get a request for porting. In this view, my first request for porting was rejected due to the same reason (on 18 july). That’s why I deposited extra around rs (50+128) other than last month bill (around 460) on 15 July and got ported. Now, i don’t understand on what basis, Idea is claiming the highest bill.

I recently visited Rajasthan through Make India Journey & the experience was awful. They booked us on low budget hotels & claimed them to be 3star hotels. Their local partners were not informed about our itinerary & there was a deliberate delay caused in our schedule to prevent us reach a spot before it’s closing hours. They made us miss out on the spot stating the reasons like off the route location even though it was promised to us in the itinerary. & were not offered any alternate spot. The key contact person was extremely rude & unprofessional. Our trip to the beautiful royal cities was spoiled due to these terrible tour operators.

This is in accordance to my journey with Air India flight AI670, BBI-BOM on 16-Aug-2017 which is to depart now at 1615 Hours. I am travelling with my both physically challenged parents, one with paralysis and other with osteoarthritis, hence had booked two wheelchair s in advance.
When i reached the airport and ask for the service, the attendants and supervisors sitting there didnt respond and were busy in their own talks.
Request you to take required action on this issue.
