It is with ref. to the refrigerator by the name of customer name Rohan Bhasin model no. Samsung RT49K6338BS/TL (refrigerator) bought on 14/09/2016 from SARGAM Electronics (Preet Vihar, New Delhi) .It is very sad to inform you that after making so many efforts by regular registering complaint about the improper working of my refrigerator, their is no improvement in the working condition of my refrigerator. The cooling of my refrigerator is
very low even after changes of some major parts by your engineers(three times). I have already made so many telephonic complaint to you from April and one written complaint last month. I already requested for the return or exchange of my refrigerator in my last complaint. I want a quick action as my warranty period will be over by 14/09/2017. It is my last request to you or otherwise i have to approach to consumer court. As being such a well known and trusted brand of INDIA i expect cooperation from your company. Please take needed action as early as possible. Thanks

This is to inform you that there is big water supply problem in my area since 1 week, A Block, Lakhpat Colony Part – 2 Gali No. 13 Meethapur Extn. Badarpur New Delhi 110044. In my area no drinking water supply since 1 week and we are force to buy the drinking water from market.

Kindly look into this matter urgently as all family are in big trouble.

Scam or fraud: Thane Municipal Transport [Tmt] — wrong attitude of the condutor

This is with reference to an incident which happened just few hours back today (18th August) relating to the misbehaviour of your conductor.

The bus route was from Borivali (E) Station, around 9.10 am bus (65 AC bus). I was having 500 Rs. Note which was just withdrawn from the ATM. The conductor refused to accept the note stating there was shabby colour spot on the note. However if you see the note, the shade is hardly visible. I can provide the copy of note for your reference if required.

Finally, after the conductor was done issuing tickets to everyone, i again requested him to accept the note and issue me the ticket as there is no such directives from RBI for not accepting such notes and infact the note which i got was from the bank ATM itself, which i tried explaining the conductor. This is very unfortunate that your staff there on the ground are not well-versed with the regulations and are quoting false rules in the name of RBI. I tried my level best to explain him but all my efforts failed. Finally i had to get down of the bus.

This really shows the sad state of affairs of this country. Inspite of RBI issuing guidelines that all notes issued by it would be considered as legal, still your people are unnecessarily harassing common man. I did not had the time to argue with your whole clan as i was already late for some meeting, otherwise i would have fought till the end, as this can happen with any common man.

I was really annoyed with the way your people spoke, there were other few people supporting him, i believe that person was TC/ driver.

If you still believe that any such RBI rule is prevailing, then i would like to know from where have to got this and would want you to provide a copy of that rule. As a responsible citizen, i do not want this incidence repeats and gets any other person into trouble. Your people just cannot act as per their own whims and fancies. I do travel frequently in this bus, but this experience has really got bitter memories for me, which i will not allow to repeat with others.

We have purchase a order online through phone kitchen king 43 pcs in orange colour on cash on delivery basis.but parcel received in white colour after that we return parcel to company after that so many followup with co. executive but every time say your parcel delivered from co. end & with in 24 to 48 hrs you received the parcel. but till date parcel not received yet we have lodge a complaint 6th of Aug’17 & parcel reached on or before 12th of Aug’17

till 2015 i have recieved subsidy in my bank a/c but from last one year subsidy does not credited by govt in my a/c.
distributor is not providing satisfactory reply, plz do needful to credit my subsidy.

I got a call from vodafone executive saying that they have a plan change offer for their regular customer. I liked the plan which was 349 Plan where 10 GB internet is free along with free std and local calls.
They send an executive for some paper collection. They took our document and money from us. We have given around 1500 to change plan in 3 numbers.
Now their mobile phones are coming switched off. They said that u will receive verification call, but we did not receive any.

We are residing at Vatika Apartments and having issues that the drain water is not going consistently out to the main sewer.
