Sir,
I have deposited RS. 40, 000/- on 27.06.16 in Non-Cumulative Scheme in the Jaypee Infratech Ltd. My FD’s Maturity date was 27.06.2016 but till date I have neither received any interest for the year 2017 nor Principle amount or any information form the company.
Kindly look in to the matter for early solution.

I booked Dr . Aquaguard for a demo online.
The demo person came and gave the demo only just checking the water purity level at my home address. He promised to life time free service if I book a machine now and Provogue watch free as per offer. I book that machine after given token amount 500.
Next day he generates a purchase request for Dr.Aquaguard. On 29th July he calls me and came for payment and asked me to pay the actual amount. Nanku kumar mob no 9910870457 came to collate payment and promised me that after 10 days, I will get my Provogue watch and warranty card for life time free service of the machine which includes no visiting charge lifetime through compay .
But Since then, I try to call him but he didn’t give any satisfactory response.
I know i have been fooled. i want to bring it to the notice of Eureka forbes that their executives are doing fraud and the company will lose the trust of the customer’s
Request them to take appropriate action against the concerned person Amit Kumar/7033624655 and there team manager name Nanku Kumar (mob no 9910870457) .
If I am fooled by your representative please return your machine & return my money as per your Return and Replacement policy

I am surprised that how shopmoyo continuously cheating the people and nothing has been done against this fake on line shopping company. This fake company still advertising it’s fake products on line everyday.
Me too a victim of this company as I had paid money through netbanking on date 15th August 2017. My products order no 6273 for skullcandy ear phone and a car lifter hydraulic jack for which I had paid Rs. 1008 is still awaiting. Phone no. given by shopmoyo for contact, shows always busy and they even don’t respond of messeges and e.mails.
I request to the concerning authority please look in to the matter and take necessary action against this fake company.

My imei no-352731080245446 . purchase date-26.01.2017..PROBLEM-Bend slightly contacted to service centre at sahid nagar bhubaneswar and told by the official that bend is due to keeping the set in pocket and refused to repair within warranty. i argued the authority of HTC to take my phone and examine the cause of bending and repair it unless i will move to the consumer court which cost u alot.. i purchased this phone at the cost of Rs.15000/-.. not lasted for even 8 months..
