I got LED TV repair contact from Sulekha.com site and the review was good, Shifa electronics reached me for my TV repair, they said like, their company is in 3rd place in Sulekha for LED TV Repair. they took my TV and paid 10K for two TV repair. one TV given but they didn’t serviced properly, still one more TV not delivered, The address which mentioned in the bill closed and nobody pickup my phone call. I think Sulekha not verify the company profile. Most of the contact are fraud. I have attached the bill for reference. Date of issue: 7th Oct 2018. Scam or fraud: Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — admission fee refund

I have applied 2 months ago for the refund of my admission fee but till now I haven’t received my money back. I am going to file a complain against Frankfinn if I don’t get the money ASAP, I have all the evidences and proofs regarding the payment, all the chatting, mails, receipt and I have phone calls recorded too. They told me to wait 1/2 months and I have waited patiently. But now I will take action against it. I will do every possible thing to expose Frankfinn. I will share it to every social media platforms with all of the proofs. I will go extreme, its not a matter of 15000rs now, its a matter of Justice against fraud. I have seen many other students who are complaining the same thing. I will contact them all and we will protest together against it.

I opened the account in kotak mahindra and they guide me so wrong and didn’t tell me the functions and feature of the D-mat account and start deducting my money from account without any permission…such a worst bank i have ever be with I want to close my account and want my money refunded. Scam or fraud: Mobikwik — predatory policies, discretionary actions against customers, no way to contact on call or e-mail

Complaint Details:

1. Mobikwik needs to be taught a lesson by taking them to courts and making them to refund money to customers which they cleverly picketed through their discretionary actions in the past

2. They don’t have any means to contact them directly through phone calls or e-mail. One can write to them only on mobile app in HELP section, to which they reply unsatisfactorily. They DO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS to send more than one msg while raising in issue in HELP @ Mobikwik Mobile App. If I send a screenshot, I can’t send any further text msg, or if I send a text msg, I can’t send you a screenshot or any other text msg. I have to write this e-mail, as I am not allowed to type any further msg in the mobile app.

3. Mobikwik doesn’t redeem SuperCash of clients deliberately, and then in the end, expire their Supercash. I have had many issues in the past where MobikWik has expired my SuperCash amounting to Rs 3600+ on one occasion and Rs 2500+ on other occasion, thereby saving money at the cost of denying customer to utilize theirs.

Scam or fraud: Trident Hyundai — i20 car

Complaint Details:
I had purchased an I20 in 2015. Paid the full amount in the last week of September 2015 and i was informed car would be delivered by the 04th of October. I was later informed i would receive it by the 20th of October as there was heavy rains and flooding in Chennai and hence could not be delivered. After continous follow and finally i gave up on the morning of 25th of Nov’15, i requested my money be returned as it was already 2 months since i had paid and there was no sight of getting my car. Late evening at 9pm i get a call stating i could take delivery of the car. I was totally surprised as when i contacted them in the morning there was no mention.
Moreover the car had some features like the reverse camera for which i had not paid. When questioned i was informed they did not have a valid answer.I took delivery of the car and within 8 months the clutch box gave way and had to be replaced. Since it was still in warranty period it was replaced and i was informed i will not have any problem. This was in July’16.
Again in Nov’17, the clutch plate had to be replaced. I was assured now it is all fine and i won’t have any problem.
In Aug’18 same problem and the entire assembly had to be replaced which cost me approx 22000.
i got a call from the Service centre 3 days after i took delivery to check the performance of the car for which i informed them there was a noise each time i started and stopped the car. the Service executive requested me not to inform anyone and asked me to bring the car the next day.
that evening when i started the car there was a loud bang and the engine went up in flames.
I have not got any convincing report from Trident Hyundai on the reason why it went up in flames. I only got a mail stating that it was due to rodent bite but proper answer for all the queries raised by me or by my colleague who was working in an automobile industry.
This happened on the 19th of Aug and now its more than 2.5months and i have still not received my car. Rajesh BT who is supposed to be the head of Trident does not pick my calls not does he have the courtesy to respond to my messages or calls.
Not sure where i have to go to

Due to the recent strike, my haryana roadways Volvo bus from Gurgaon to Chandigarh dated 18th October, time 2330 hrs.

My booking was already done and paid on 9th October, PNR: OCT185432 Trip ID:[protected]
Seat No. 18. Booking was done on 9th.

Please help me by refunding the payment made, as the bus service was not provided. I had to make other arrangements due to this problem.

Scam or fraud: Zoom Car — incomplete trip due to car breakdown

I Booked Zoom car for 1 Day 6 hrs with 600 free kilometers,
Unfortunately the car faced some engine issues during the drive within 1hr 30mins from the start time. When contacting customer service for replacement of vehicle they informed me there is no other vehicle available and arranged a Taxi, I paid Taxi bill separately. When i enquire zoom car regarding booking cancellation and refund they replied saying within 3 days i will receive my refund, But till date I am not able to contact them and got no refund.
