We have purchased Dr.Aquagaurd water purifier about one year back. 2 days back the EUREKA FORBES compny service person visited and said that one of the 2 filters has not been installed from the begining. its a faulty installation and because of that the motor has failed.
Yesterday, another service person visited, cheked and said we need to pay 3500 for the motor. In one year, this water purfier’s motor is not working and that too due to the fault committed by the company service personnel themselves.
WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A MISTAKE COMMITTED BY THEM
I WANT THE MOTOR TO BE REPLACED FREE OF COST
OR I WANT FULL REFUND OF MONEY FOR THE FILTER

We request you to Please check why a company is giving out Polluted Air from months in Goregaon east and no action is being taken. it is at goregaon east near the Highway. behind New Diamond Ind estate. Every second day their Boiler gives out smoke that pollutes the air and it is UNBREATHABLe. It is Exactly behind Businness Park.. There are some Boiler Factorys and the Air comes right upto the Vishveshwar Road. Please do something before someone falls sick.

Pl refer to our online purchase order no BD00001544.for purchase of four bed sheets. We have made the requisite payment through credit card.
On 16.08.17, an email message confirmed shipment of the article through courier service FEDEX with tracking no.770008863264. Realizing delay in delivery we checked using tracking number that the material was shipped from Mumbai, arrived in Delhi and returned to Mumbai. It has never been brought for delivery at my residence at Greater Noida, Delhi/NCR.
Pl have a look into this matter and arrange for early delivery of the material.

Water supply in our colony Anuragnagar ward no.30 was started in June’17. Contaminated, fowl smelling water is being supplied since then despite of numerous complaints to Narmada supply engineers and our corporator. Water supply was stopped number of times for stopping sewage mixing in water line but the problem remains. It is a grave health hazard for whole colony and reflects poorly on water supply system and sensitivity of persons responsible for water supply.
We hope that persons responsible for water supply will take immediate steps to start clean water supply.

I am using a credit card of bank due to some financial issue card payment is late and the card is block by bank. After few months a bank person daily call me for the settlement from bank to close the credit card account. When I accept the deal then they start harshmeant and trace my phone call and call to my family members, sisters, coustmers etc they daily call me from different numbers and force me for payment I have make the part payment in bank branch. Dear Sir,

For the service connection no 080790030670, I had made online payment of Rs 590.00 through Indian Bank, net banking on 22.8.17 and the amount was debited vide transaction ref no 971913103. The due date is today and still the payment is not updated. Request to verify and confirm receipt of the payment.

Also request to ensure that the connection is not cut due to this reason.

Kindly resolve the issue and arrange for payment receipt.

This is to bring the following points for your information and Early action
I K.S.SASTRY Former Director(Engg) AIR& Doordarshan/ MIB/Govt of India Would like to bring the following
1) I was Approached on 3rd August by your customer care Executive Mr Ravindra nath/Fakruddin Shaik/some other two Managers Names I do not remember and discussed about the protect Health insurance cover to be provided for me and my Wife.
2) After prolonged Dicussion, They convinced me to purchase the policy for one Year
3) Latter on Mr shaik came online and convinced me to take the policy for 2 Years, as it provides some 10% reduction in the premium
4) During the course of My discussion They only told me the Benfits and Never Informed me that I have to undergo Medicaltest Etc
5) After i convinced i paid one year premium Rs 43930/- through my Credit Card
6) Another Manger has come online told me you take for 2 years and Convinced me to pay additional amount of Rs 39633/-
7) Accordingly before paying the money, I enquired once again after payment How many Days i will get my Insurance cover?\
8) He told in 15 days you will get the documents with all the information reg covering Hospitals in our city including the diseases etc
9) Then I decide to pay the additional amount of Rs 39633/-,
10) accordingly Paid this amount also through My Credit Card
11) after 2 days I got call from Hyderabad that both of us to under go Medical Test on 7th august
12) then I approached again Mr Shaik what is this medical test
13) he told that you are aabove 65 years you have to under go Medical Test
14) OK, We both went to the Suraksha Diagnosis center and under went The medical test
15) then I received mail on 16 th August stating that your proposal was rejected and informed that my total money will be paid back to my credit card within 7 days
16) My points are as below
A) why all this fuss and blocking our Valuable Hard earned money of Pensioner for about 20 Days without any interest?
B) I feel if there is Medical test before issuing Medical cover why you Have collected the Money?
C)This has caused Mental agony to the Senior Citizens?
D)further The total money will be returned to my SBI CREDIT CARD, Since I paid through it
E) this Money will be Blocked again in my Credit card account
F) the entire episode looks like traping senior citizens and blocking their Hard Earned Money for Months together
G) I suggest not to entertain and Trap senior citizens for this type useless Insurance schemes
H) Finally I request kindly send My Money to my S/B A/C of STATE BANK OF INDIA, So that I can use this Money for better purposes
I) kindly Take N.A and make Arrangement to credit My Total Monet To STATE BANK OF INDIA SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT, Immediately, For Which I am ready to share my S/B A/C Details including IFS Code etc to you through Email
J) Atleast do this If Not Insurance Cover
K) Kindly also include the Interest at the rate of 3.5% ( Savings Bank Interest) along with my amount for 25 days
L) Finally I suggest exclude The senior Citizens from your schemes

I ordered Moto e4 plus on 18 August it got delivered on 19 Aug itself. As I started to use the mobile I could tell that the camera was worst of Moto . And at times while charging the touch is not sensible. I contacted the customer care and shocked to hear that there is no return and refund of the product they are only trying to troubleshoot the product but I don’t need this product anymore .
