I have made an online payment of Rs. 4553.10 today in the morning to National Institute of Open School (NIOS). The bank then asked for OTP and after giving the OTP Rs. 4553.10 has been deducted from my account . Then a window appears ¨”Server Error in ´/´’Application, Invalid column name D160800038 and many more. I also received a message that Rs. 4553.10 has been deducted from my account and degital txn failed. I have not get any confirmation from NIOS that they have received the money. Please treat the matter most urgent as last date of admission of NIOS is 15.09.2017. Either you may return back my money to my account or confirm me about registration in NIOS.

My credit limit for the number 9819848138 is rs.9200. Yet i have gotten a bill of above rs.80, 000. The whole point of a credit limit is to stop all charges and block the phone once the amount crossed it. It is making a fool of consumers by charging me so much. The charges relate to international data. But no matter what, the bill should not cross the credit limit. if it does it is the fault of the company. They should have shut all services immediately. I request them to make the changes to showcase the new bill in accordance with the credit limit. Multiple mails and calls have gotten few replies and last 7 days they have stopped responding too. Each reply has been generic and ignored my problem.

I paid Rs.2506/- on 05.08.2017 towards the above consumer account. I checked with the bank and they’ve debited my credit card account since they received valid debit advice from TNEB. This amount is yet to get reflected in TNEB’s records towards my consumer number. I paid this bill amount again on 16.08.2017 along with late payment fee (Rs.2585/-). I request you check and arrange for the return of Rs.2506/- to my credit card account.

Bank’s credit card statement, the reply that I received from the bank and TNEB eReceipt archive are enclosed herewith for your reference.

I am really unhappy with the customer support team. I had booked 2 Jio phones on 24th of Aug from MYJIO app& amount has been debited from bank account & till date i have not received the confirmation message. I had done many follows with the team but really there is no response from your team and they ask to contact Jio store and these people says we are not responsible for online booking.
