I bought an Airtel postpaid sim card(8991000901101878800U). I cancelled the order because your customer executive Rahat khan (09810704436) provided me no information about the plan. I cleared them on the verification call that i don’t want to use this sim, please don’t activate it and provide me the refund and the documents i provided to the customer executive Rahat Khan. So, He texted me a contact number Vishaĺ (07011196113) saying this guy will refund the amount and the documents you gave.. from last 2 weeks this guy is ignoring my every call by saying that it is not our job to provide you the refund as it is our companies job..i am calling him every second day..he is rude, non co- operative and ignorant .. i am fed up with this attitude of your company.. now the executive RAHAT KHAN, who provided me the sim is also not responding.. i called him 6-7 times..tell me how can i get back my money and documents..

I have service center my mobile submit 08/08/2017, i am purchase 1 1/2 month before this mobile over heating, battery dries, sim 1 signal problem, so compliant service center, this problem change to motherboard, one month but motherboard is not coming not attend the fault, over time of service center my mobile so service very worst asus, my mobile service number is INUIH80246 CHENNAI nungapakkam service senter, so pls urgently attend the problem

Complaint Details:

I had purchased Samsung Series 7 LED on 14th June 2014. Along with it I had purchased extended warranty for 4 years which is valid until 13th June 2018.

– After about a year LED screen went bad and samsung happily replaced it without any issue.
– Again this month (August 17) LED screen has gone bad. I rasied a complaint and their engineer came and took all the pricture and collected every documents

– Issue is replacement part is not available with samsung and they are saying that they will re-imburse the depreciated amount.
– Their 3rd year depreciation which they communicated is 33% and 4th year it is 49%.
– Now my LED is 3 year 1 month old and they want to charge me entire 4th year depreciation which is not acceptable to me.
– My contention is charge me 4th year depreciation on pro-rated basis which they are disagreeing to.

First of all they sold me extended warranty and never informed me about product being discontinued.
Since twice we had the same problem so I think they sold me some degraded stuff.
Now its been more than a month and they are not resolving nor responding to this case.

I am seeking for any help to resolve this issue and get my money back. I understand there would be some depreciation to which I have agreed to 40% which I dont know if reasonable or not and on top of it you can understand the situation without LED at my home.

I received just one call around 10 am saying there was a tire puncture. After waiting for 6 hours when no one turned up, i called on the number. The reasoning was:
1) Tire puncture
2) We went to sector 6 whereas, the address clearly mentioned sector 7 alongwith the landmark (and in worst situation there was a contact number which was dailed around 10 am)
3) We forgot to carry the parcel

Top of it when we said we will complaint very confidently the reply was ‘GO AHEAD’ AWESOME ATTITUDE MYNTRA..

Which one of these is true please teach your staff to be honest this will only destroy MYNTRA’s reputation.

Hello my bill payment is too high I have a plan of 499 postpaid n my bill is charged more than 2600rs. I am looking forward to call me as soon as possible. I am not going to pay the bill until i dont get a call. They say i have used my internet, but they always stop my data after 3gb, so i was expecting same and its unfair! I want to have a word with someone from airtel and want to know the problem for high bill.

My two children studying in kv greater noida p3 . There study level is very poor mostly teacher are absent no any rules and regulations senior classes students behavior not good and not come in proper uniform. They missed classes security guard is very poor they did not control students in morning on the gate all classes exam results are very poor so please I request to you that take action for this .
