I have bought tata nanotechnology twist full option vehicle from kerala, kannur, nadal showroom. And I have lodged complaint that my car battery has down within 15 months. After several call I got call from service manager from nadal showroom kannur and he told me to bring the car showroom we will replace the battery free of charge. Somehow I taken car to showroom and I met service manager. I wonder such a stupid service manager continuing in the One of the prestigious Kvr group, it is a shamefull for kannur. He simply say we cannot do anything you go exude battery showroom in thana kannur, I will instruct them to give irs 3100. Where as I go same battery 2800.irs because of irresponsible and wrong commitment of service manager my valuable time and huge many I lost.

We have received the Bill no: 937395506876 Dt: 24/Aug/17 with the amount of Rs 2741.00 with unecessary charges, However till Nov’16 we have paid all the bills time to time. After Nov’16 my bill amount was 0 rs under DElhi govt rebate scheme. My last to last bill was generated Rs. 2205 and I couldn’t receive my bill on mobile or by hardcopy This bill is totaly wrong because if you see my average consumption of water last 6 months or 1 year it is average and my last bill also generated (Rs. 500 around) this amount is also under rebate consumption from DElhi govt.

Kindly look into the matter seriously and correct our bill ASAP.

We have already mark the copy of complaint to Vigilance Office of Govt. of India for the same case

There is additional deduct of balance due to this. I just request kindly stop deduct balance like this & stop services activation without my concern…
Else I have to stop using Reliance.

It’s really cheapable…

The water getting full supply to other connections in the village but there is no appropriate supply of water to our connection. I complained many times to lineman and also in IPH Department bangana but they didn’t take any suitable action regarding this problem.
