Scam or fraud: Indian Railways — non-refund of fare against cancelled tickets

Owing to private compulsions I cancelled my railway tickets (PNR 840-8860845) for journey from CSTM to Howrah, purported to be undertaken on 16.02.17 in proper manner in the office of the ACM, SER under Chief Commercial Manager (Refund), SER, Kolkata-700001 on 13.01.17 and duly applied for refund of fare in prescribed format on 16.01.17. It needs mention that though I had bought my reservation ticket (confirmed) bearing no. 06376982 from city booing centre at Cornwallis Street, Kolkata-700004, refund against cancellation was not allowed from the city booking centre ss per extant order. It is unfortunate and pitiable that even after lapse of seven long months, the refund office of the C.C.M, SER has not cared to refund me the admissible fare against cancelled ticket. Time and again I have personally visited the office-in question, called on the DCM(Refund), but to no avail. I mailed to C.C.M, SER and the Honourable Minister but I I have received no communication from the office in this regard. I am a senior citizen living on my meagre pension. Rs. 5430.00 as is reportedly payable to me is not a small amount to me. I fail to see how can the authorities be so callous, insensitive and indifferent to public grievance. Hope some positive response.

I have purchased a new refrigerator model no. RT65K7058BS/TL-REF-FF-SNO.0DVCDBJ100321on dtd:-03/05/2017 from your authorised dealer Aerovision Q5, 104, prem nagar, ambala-134001. After sometime my refrigerator not cooling properly. i have complaint in service center. after complaint your technician visit nd says refill the gas. We done it but refrigerator not cooling properly.After couple of complaints on dtd 14/8/17 technician says plz send this ref. to our service center. we send it after 7 days service center called me and told me your refrigerator is done plz pick it. when we taken back this refrigerator at home this was not cooling properly same problem faced again. when we talk to customer care they says it is ok. plz solve my problem at the earliest. other wise i will take a legal action.

If any call received from service center customer executive for Free servicing then we have to give full of service. No rights to reject customer from service center.

Hi Team

I wanted to raise my concerns about the extremely bad service that was done on my Grand i10 car on 2nd Sep 2017. I went for the Third free service of my car to the Chunabhatti service center of Modi hyundai and was utterly disappointed with the way everything was handled.

When i reached the service center in the morning with an appointment at 10 AM, I was made to wait and was informed that the service will take a lot of time since many more cars had come in for service. I was unnecessarily made to wait.
Then Satish who was the service supervisor came to me to ask for the issues. When i started explaining him about my issues like car tyre issues, average issues, sprinkler etc, he had an excuse for everything and wanted to disregard all the issues. However I had to insist firmly to him to check on my issues. Then when the service started they left my car alone and did not do any work on it. They just removed the tyres and didn’t put any effort on the service at all. Satish was busy looking into other cars and attending other customers. During this time I went to the floor to complain about the same and the workers just asked me to sit in the customer room and that the work will be done on my car. So I was made to wait till 4 PM in the evening and when the car was handed over to me the service was not complete at all – the power window switch was not replaced, the car front number plate was not put properly, the washing was not up to the mark, the average was not checked, the tyre condition was not checked, the sprinkler adjustment was not checked. There was smell coming from the car AC which was not checked either.
After this the car had to go back in i could only get it back after 1.5 hour where I had to stand through the process. Even after this the front sprinkler was not adjusted, the average was not checked up, the number plate showed a wrong number (my car number is MH47A5079 and what the number plate shows now is MH47A5709) and the floor mats were totally wet with oil residuals. They took another half an hour for cleaning the car.

I am totally pissed off from this process where my case was not handled properly at all. I want another service since most of the issues with my car were not dealt with and were not resolved. And on top of that I am running a risk of getting caught with cops since the front number plate shows an incorrect number. I want an urgent resolution of my concern.

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to Printer model no. HP Laserjet 132A.Printer is not working satifactory from the day one. we have made Many complaint to Hp service centre, Hp authorized person came from HP service centre Raj nagar ghaziabad .He was saying that toner was not working then we replanced toner same day from HP service centre, but problem not resolved then again make second time complaint, another person came and he was saying that there any part of printer was not working, he replanced part within week but problem was not solved then again your person came to office take printer 17/6/2017.Still he is not in position to reesolve my issue . he is showing various excuse instead providing us soloution.

Please find attached first service report for your kind information.

It is really unfortunate that we have been facing a minor problem for more than one and half monthc contiounsly. We are losing trust in HP. currently we are using around more than 120 printer of HP in our comapny.

I have not received my product that I have ordered. The product I have received is worst and broken. They are not in working condition.The power bank worst and it does not working and it has another company. There is an ear phone instead of pen drive.There is no electronic wire in pen drive.It is only a piece of fiber. Please refund my money and replace your product as soon as possible.

I’m postpaid Airtel mobile user. And I’ve been charged for unwanted services like Dindo music, Hot chillies, etc. None of the above mentioned services I activated. And every time I’ve been charged 100 rs. I look forward to your kind support. I want compensation of all money that you have charged me. Otherwise I am going to disconnect your Airtel services.

Scam or fraud: Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — bus connectivity to sahakar nagar/kodigehalli circle

As already complained by many, even today 6-9-2017, there are no buses from Kodigehalli Gate to Sahakarnagar and Kodigehalli circle and onwards.

As I observed nearly 50, 000 per day passengers from Kodigehalli gate (Ballari Road) to Kodige halli circle are struggling to reach their destinations from K halli Gate. For further details pl contact mob;7760510020.
Therefore, I request on behalf of all such passengers to introduce at least mini buses services frequently covering Kodigehalli gate, Sahakarnagar, K-halli circle, Virupakshapura, P&T colony, defence Colony, Thindlu, Vidyaranyapura and back.
This will ease the problems of such a huge bmtc commuters and BMTC will also get good profits. It may be remembered that this trip covers super markets, super speciality hospitals, International Schools, along side of the resedintial areas.
Awaiting early action to introduce a least immediate trial trips are expected.
